Great location. The meals in 'Le Veranda' restaurant were very good. The pool and spa were wonderful. The view from the room 'lake side' were amazing.

The entrance on arrival was very dirty (not just one pair of dirty shoes but looked like it had not been cleaned in days !). The bags took over 30 mins to arrive in the room but we were alone checking-in ; then the bell-boy was hovering for a tip. You tip good service, not bad ! The mattress should have been replaced a year ago. The toilet did not flush properly. I asked if we could have coffee instead of breakfast ; yes. It took 30 mins for the expresso & filter coffee to be served. It was cold and we were charged for 2 breakfast (76 euros) which I refused to pay. In the end we only paid for coffee the next morning and it was hot, but what a shame.

Beautiful location, amazing views, balcony, air con, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, attentive staff, English television, plenty of lifts, lovely grounds, near to funicular railway, easy to get to centre.

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room, however it was available from room service which was very efficient.
