Great breakfast and lovely pool facility. The staff are helpful and the hotel is easily accessible. I visited during the heat wave and although there was no air conditioner in the room, the staff provided floor-standing fans to cool things down which was more than I heard some other venues provided for their patrons during this time.

There was no coffee / tea / mini kettle facility in the room to make coffee before breakfast was served. So if you need to be up and out of the room for an event before 7:30am there is no way to at least have a cup of coffee in the morning and there is no option to have any special coffee or breakfast provision outside of these hours. Another inconsequential issue but perhaps worth mentioning is that all of the electrical plug sockets in the room are already being used by lamps and the bar fridge, meaning that you will need to unplug these in order to charge your devices or alternatively, bring an extension cord if you have multiple devices that need charging at the same time.

Beautiful balcony and garden. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite hearty.

As it was very hot, a more powerful fan would be nice.

Owners/staff were all extremely nice and helpful during our stay. Great location and views of the lake. Rooms were always cleaned to a very high standard. Very impressed and would recommend!

The hotel location is on the hill, but we could see the excellent view from the hotel. But it didn’t matter with us.
