location is great, at the center and few minutes from the ski lift, great staff always helpful, room was very comfortable. truly nice will definitely come back

Staff was amazing. Couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Fab location. The bathroom in our room needs updating. Shower not great but there was not a single other thing to fault! The hotel was closing for the end of the ski season the day we left. We were never rushed - in fact, the opposite even though we were the last ones in the hotel whilst waiting for our airport transfer. We were made to feel very welcome and taken care of right up to the very moment we left. We will definitely be back - but hopeful that the bathrooms will get a much needed update before then!

The only thing was the bathroom. Very dated with a shower that was not pleasant to use. Really needs an update. It is the ONLY thing that let the hotel down.

Rooms were great, staff were very helpful indeed.. We didn't have dinner in the hotel, breakafast was fine..

Bathrooms were a little tired but still acceptable

Nice, quality produce at breakfast. The bar is in the reception area of the hotel, is beautifully decorated, comfortable and serves good drinks with lovely nibbles. The hotel restaurant is also very good. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

Being slightly picky, if I had to mention a downside to an otherwise excellent stay, I think our bathroom and it’s plumbing need a refurb. Slightly dated and there was an air lock in the pipes from time to time which was noisy. The bidet didn’t work at all.
