they set up the heater on the airco making the room way too hot to sleep and the system was not modifiable. Thus could not sleep all night…

Perfect location

The hotel is quite nice, the location is perfect. Our room was great, the spa was enjoyable - had a great massage.

The front desk service is not trained properly for a 5-star hotel. The simple fact that they reply with a word "no" for any reason at all was annoying. From asking if our room was ready, or being reluctant to book dinner reservations for us, it seemed like certain staff were not yet used to this service-focused environment. Also, there was a spa thong stuck inside my bathrobe - like it had gone through the wash and then was dried with the bathrobe, and no one saw it (gross). In addition, there was a dirty sock from the previous guest underneath our bathroom sink. Again, it's ALL about service and details.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly

Booked to celebrate a birthday + found the hotel did nothing to make it special, surprising for a 5 star hotel.

would not recommend or stay here again
