Extrem freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Bett mit verschiedenen Härtegraden je Seite. Moderne schicke Zimmer. Tolles Frühstück! Mini-Bar im Zimmer mit fairen Preisen. Ladeplätze für E-Autos vorhanden.

Zimmer recht hellhörig. Geräuschpegel Abends/Nachts teilweise recht hoch durch den Innenhof und den dortigen Sitzplätzen.

Das Frühstück war super lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. Für jeden auf alle Fälle etwas dabei. Lage war gut, man konnte mit dem Auto schnell alles erreichen, und zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden. Personal sehr freundlich! Zimmer waren schön, gut ausgestattet. Rundum ein sehr zufriedener Aufenthalt.

Es hätte etwas besser geputzt werden können, einige Spinnen und Spinnenweben (für Leute die Angst haben echt schrecklich), paar kleine Haare und Fusseln am Bett. Duschrand bisschen schwarz/braune Flecken. Und das Bad ist sehr klein. Zimmerlage soweit ok, allerdings nachts etwas laut wenn man das Fenster gekippt hat und an der Straßenseite schläft. (Aber das weiß man ja vorher dass, das Hotel an der Straße liegt).

Gutes Frühstück, die Altstadt ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer war ruhig.

Anna was very helpful and spent a great deal of time helping us with a last minute problem. She is wonderful.

We could not tell where to park our rental car. Perhaps a portable sign saying hotel parking near the outside of the arched entrance would be helpful to visitors who are not familiar with the hotel.

Room was big and spacious. Breakfast is very good.

Room was given on the 3rd floor, but no elevator was available and we were promised that someone at the hotel would help with luggage, yet, only the receptionist was available and she was a rather petit lady who could only help with one, so partially we had to carry up and down our own suitcases. Not ideal for elderly couple.

The location of the hotel is perfect, not so far from tourist attractions. We traveling with our three dogs, the room is big enough fro all of us, it is dog friendly hotel and they charge 10 euros extra for each dog. The breakfast on weekend was perfect but on weekday some menu is not available.

The fridge in our room does not work and it was long weekend so no one come to fix it, it suppose to be changing new room for us but they are not but it was not big deal.

the building has a beautiful historic architecture and is located next to woods but inside is modern and delightful. the staff are very friendly dressed in beautiful German customers. in addition there is a large parking area in the hotel yard. The price-quality was perfect thanks to booking.com.

There is a Greek restaurant in the hotel building. But we prefer German food. There is no alternative nearby for those who don’t like Greek cuisine.

Service was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast that is not going to leave you hungry. Good parking situation around the hotel including private parking.

The room - single business - was very small including the bathroom. There was hardly any space to move in the shower or the room. Bed was average. However, the room was clean.

Loved the whole hotel and location was great. Best breakfast ive ever had and breakfast staff was lovely

Street noise !

I arrived at the hotel on my motorbike completely drenched by the rain, shivering and cold. I was told my room was not ready, I had to literally beg for a place to change clothes and I was offered a .. towel. No effort at all to help me. This is definitely a place I will not return to.
