Sehr komfortables Bett. Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Gute Lage.
Insbesondere das hauseigene Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Eine relativ einfache Verbessrung wäre eine Schlüsselbox mit Zugangscode, da erst um 17 Uhr jemand zum einchecken da ist.

Ein bisschen wenig Komfort, aber für den Preis angemessen.

Very central hotel. Clean and convenient. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.
I didn't like the stairs! Reception on 1st floor, room on 2nd floor. Car parking was a bit of a faff.

The young lady on reception was delightful, very helpful. Parking was ideal. Having the Italian restaurant next door was very good as the food and the service there were great. Breakfast was excellent after a lovely walk down to the Basilica and around the beautiful town.
Availability of a hot drink on arrival either in room or in lounge would have been good as would less noise from the heating unit in the room. That's all.

Wonderful staff and an excellent breakfast. room was well-equipped and had numerous toiletries on offer.
There’s no lift so prepare to lug your cases up to reception and your floor.

The room was clean and large. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. All items were fresh and there was a wide selection. The coffee was delicious and the service was fantastic.
The parking was ideal, and we felt safe where our car was parked. The locations was great and we enjoyed parking then walking to the old town for dinner and exploration.
The hotel staff was so very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The location.
No elevator and no adequate information about the parking garage, which was good but a bit difficult to find the right pedestrian exit. Why not explain when you arrive at the hotel? But the worst thing was the concert of Bohse Onkelz nearby, so that the street of the hotel and parking were closed. The owners said they didnot know about this, although several fans slept in the hotel!!! It was rather hard to find a solution...

Brilliant location in town centre, clean, spacious room. Silvia from reception was awesome in making sure that our motorcycles were squeezed into their garage and secured.

Very nice breakfast. Parking facilities in nearby parkinghouse. Close to shoppingcenter. Adjacent to city centre. Quitet area.
Twin bed room in top floor had a limited space, and no air condition. It was quite hot during the night.

Excellent room and very attentive staff. Great location for seeing Neuschwanstein Castle. Wonderful breakfast was included and parking was free.

Hotel in good location with walking distance to plenty of restaurants.
Desk closes early and we arrived a little later. Receptionist was not happy with later arrival.
