The location is good, it’s near the national park. The employees are very nice!

Everyone was very friendly. The sauna was great and the breakfast was delicious.

They had desks where you could sit and work

The room was a bit old and even if you are not facing the street but on the inside it can still be very noisy at night since there is a bar

I had some special requests regarding my allergies, and Ms. Jennifer Hofer took care of all that with a genuine smile. She was very helpful and friendly. Further, Ms. Lea Sophie Franz took care of my special breakfast needs and took trouble checking on me regularly. The staff was outstanding, and everything else was perfect. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Location is very close to the main long-distance train station of Kassel (Wilhelmshöhe), i.e. just walk from the station. There is direct tram connections to the city center of Kassel, starting in front of the hotel (or in front of the train station, which is one tram stop away). Bed was very good. Friendly staff. Breakfast OK.
