Sehr nettes Personal , gemütliches Zimmer in einer ruhigen Gegend . Man erreicht die Stadt Ganz leicht mit dem Auto oder der Straßenbahn die sich in der Nähe befindet. Für den Preis eine top Leistung!

Direkt am Einkaufszentrum mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Das Personal war im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten bemüht.

Durch den spartanischen Industrielook versprüht das Hotelzimmer einen shabby-flair, als hätte man in einer Lagerhalle versucht, eine Unterkunft herzurichten. Keine Möglichkeit, den Koffer abzulegen, keine Regale, keine Kleiderbügel. (zum Glück musste ich nur eine Nacht hier verbringen, sonst wäre es noch unangenehmer geworden). Der in der Ecke eingepferchte Fernseher ist starr montiert und macht das Fernsehen sehr unbequem. Theoretisch soll die Fußbodenheizung den Raum bis 19 Grad "erwärmen". Praktisch war bei 18,4 Schluss mit "warm". Echt kuschelig bei einstelligen Außentemperaturen. Bei Booking wird dem Gast was von 8€ fürs Frühstück vorgegaukelt. Tatsächlich muss am Vorabend aus einer Liste ausgewählt werden, was man am nächsten Morgen serviert bekommen will und jedes Brötchen, etc. wird einzeln berechnet. Ganz schön fuchsiges Konzept! Auf mich machte das alles einen Eindruck, als wäre ein trickreicher Taschenspieler beim Konzept am Werk.

When I originally booked a few months ago I'm pretty sure there was complimentary breakfast. When we there for our stay we had to pay for our breakfast and it was not very good and the coffee was not very good either. I wish we would have went to a actual Cafe when we found out that the complimentary breakfast was no longer available. But we still paid full price for the room and more for breakfast

The location is convenient — not far from the motorway so a good place to stop when travelling past. The WiFi was very good, I had a strong connection for working via video meetings. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel was more basic than I expected, there is no tea/coffee making facilities. The restaurant was closed, even though I received a message on the day of check-in to tell me about the new Italian restaurant. Breakfast was low quality and lacked choices, it’s just a sandwich (choice of filling, like egg or cheese) and a yoghurt. We were told we could order a drink at reception when it was open, however no one was ever there.

We were travelling 900 km that day and also the next so just wanted to get there and stay in the Hotel, not to go out again. We wanted a Hotel with a bar and a restaurant - both were closed.

Good hotel as for this price but with a bit unusual solutions when concerning the restaurant and breakfasts. The rest is fine, at least from the perspective of a bussines trip.

The breakfast needs to be ordered a day before and the choice is very limited - basically, sandwich or sandwich ;-)
