Overall - it's quite decent hotel. Not far from the central railway station and the city center (tram station is just several minutes to walk). We used this hotel together with friends to attend a concert which was just in the nearby concert hall. Very pleasant and helpful personnel (at reception and bar). Nice view. Relatively spacious room. Complimentary bottle of water.

The room was little bit cold (March). Little bit overpriced - incl. breakfast (20 Euros a bit too much, that's why we didn't take it).

Really silly design of the room: a small glass in the bathroom wall makes it impossible to keep the room dark and sleep if the other person is taking shower etc. Really annoying if your partner/child is into long beauty sessions at night!

Breakfast was much better than most of the hotels in Germany.

The gym area needs to be revamped. Too small and no dumbbells.

Maybe I missed the info but I found out that breakfast was 20€ per person when paying for it.

They had everything. If not, they made it for you. One of my best breakfasts ever. Staff very helpful and Polite. The Chef was quick and professional at the orders that were being taken. It was clean and received % star service. Thank you to everyone.

The room was great, we got a free upgrade to a higher floor, and the view was wonderful. We stayed at this hotel also last summer, and compared to this the atmosphere has considerably improved. In 2021 the breakfast buffet was open, but the offer was limited. There was a wrapping station where this year there were croissants, cakes etc. and the coffee machine. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the bar has reopened since then.

We were perfectly happy!!! The parking garage is closed, and you have to drive around a little to find a spot on the street. There is public parking ca. 500 m from the hotel, but in the evening my son and I didn't feel like leaving our car there and walk back to the hotel when it's dark. We preferred parking in the neighborhood near a street light.

parking garage is in a very bad shape. rooms weren’t properly cleaned and the hotel needs a renovation, it looks worn out a bit. terrible wifi, hardly any reception.
