Cleanliness!!! My entire family has the worst allergic reactions probably due to dust and dirtiness

I absolutely appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport! The staff were great! One young man in particular and I am sorry to say I did not get his name. He was so helpful and thoughtful! The room was fine. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport and the shuttle service was very helpful as we had a early morning flight to catch.

Since the airport is quite far from the city, the hotel does not have too much to visit in and around, so you are pretty much stuck in the room unless you want to travel some distance to get back into the city. Though it did not affect us much as we stayed only for the night and more or less this being an airport hotel, I assume this is only used by guest travelling out and not folks visiting the city

Impossible de trouver la navette qui va de l’aéroport à l’hôtel. Mal signalé

Shuttle was good and convenient.

Room was faulty in various ways, sink didn't drain properly, power outlet on desk didn't work, shower strength was poor.

Free shuttle service was great.

Door lock system very bad. Had to use reception staff 3 times, because of sensitivity of the system and missing instructions.

Arrival and departure worked well thanks to Mövenpick's great airport shuttle, punctual and every 20 minutes (only a 5-10 minutes drive to/from the hotel)

Idéalement situé proche de l'aéroport. Très bon accueil. Chambre correcte pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Sympa d'avoir à dispo dans la chambre du café et du thé.

Les prix dans le restaurant étaient très élevés. L'assiette enfant était plus grarnie que l'assiette adulte. Des éclats sur le bord de la baignoire laissaient apparaître des traces de rouille peu engageantes. Il faisait trop froid dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, pas agréable du tout.

Service was good. Hotel shuttle from airport was timely.

Air conditioning did not work. Room was hot. Provided a fan to “fix it”

Staff was great at both the hotel and restaurant on site. The location was near the airport, so it was perfect for our family who had a rather long international flight the next day.

The air conditioning was broken and there were no fans offered. The point of our stay was for comfort and convenience before an 11 hour flight. The heat in the hotel was horrible and we all struggled to get sleep. The staff did their best, but were faced with a lot of upset guest. There also seemed to be a shortage of staff especially in the restaurant. The staff seemed to be over worked. We were given a discount on the room rate.

Original r oom A/C didn’t work. New room a/c wasn’t much better. Half the TV channels did not work.

We ate at the restaurant. The food we ordered was delicious. The wait staff was incredibly gracious and friendly.
