Idéalement situé proche de l'aéroport. Très bon accueil. Chambre correcte pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Sympa d'avoir à dispo dans la chambre du café et du thé.

Les prix dans le restaurant étaient très élevés. L'assiette enfant était plus grarnie que l'assiette adulte. Des éclats sur le bord de la baignoire laissaient apparaître des traces de rouille peu engageantes. Il faisait trop froid dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, pas agréable du tout.

Service was good. Hotel shuttle from airport was timely.

Staff was great at both the hotel and restaurant on site. The location was near the airport, so it was perfect for our family who had a rather long international flight the next day.

The air conditioning was broken and there were no fans offered. The point of our stay was for comfort and convenience before an 11 hour flight. The heat in the hotel was horrible and we all struggled to get sleep. The staff did their best, but were faced with a lot of upset guest. There also seemed to be a shortage of staff especially in the restaurant. The staff seemed to be over worked. We were given a discount on the room rate.

We ate at the restaurant. The food we ordered was delicious. The wait staff was incredibly gracious and friendly.

Hotel was, as usual, excellent, staff friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was very much appreciated.

We wanted to eat at the restaurant in the evening, but were disappointed by the limited and rather overpriced meals that were available. There seemed to be a preference for vegetarian meals. We therefore went to the Radisson Blue hotel in the airport and enjoyed an excellent and reasonably priced meal there. Theres seems to be a missed opportunity for your hotel here.

Shuttle bus was a short drive. Free. Regular at the time of my arrival. Checked in with no hassle even after 2200. Comfortable and reasonably priced for an airport hotel. Good nights sleep!

Walking to the hotel after the shuttle bus hours would have been difficult.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Some interesting art in the lobby area.

The hotel decor is a little tired.

The initial reception staff on arrival were excellent. The reception staff on checkout were poor and could not print out the bill. They promised to send the corrected bill by email which never materialized - a poor end to what was a very pleasant stay
