Good location near the airport, just 2 stops by tram. Very clean, quiet and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Ruhige Lage trotz Flughafennähe, gute Betten, kleine Küchenzeile im Zimmer inkl. Kaffeeautomat (allerdings kein Wasserkocher). Sauber und gepflegt. Gutes Frühstück.

Verfügbarkeit des Personals schwierig (es schien jeweils eine Person zu arbeiten), wir haben immer warten müssen. Teppichboden im Zimmer.

Even though there was a sofa bed in the room as we booked for 2 adults and 2 children, staff asked us a fee of 95chf so set it up for us which really sounded like a bad joke (we did it ourselves in the end…) Not the easiest location with public transportation, you still have to walk approx. 500m from the tram station with all luggage and stuff. The extra charges for a crib (35chf/ night) is outrageous Breakfast only served from 7am with no option if you leave earlier

Albergo molto carino e pulito. Stanza ampia e, per chi come noi ha bimbi piccoli, la presenza di una cucinetta è comodissima. Letti comodi e bagno enorme con diversi piani d'appoggio. Sala colazioni molto confortevole e colazione ricca e di qualità. Personale gentilissimo e simpatico. Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo in quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo e curato.

The information that it was a short walk from Zurich Airport wasn’t quite true. It would have been really useful to have had instructions such as ‘exit the airport in direction of The Circle and hop on a 758 bus to Glattbrugg. Your hotel is an easy 2 block walk from there’.

预定的两个大人和两个孩子的房间，但是房间只有一张双人床，和一个沙发。无吹风机。 询问后告知沙发不能打开做双人床，没有其他空房，如果提供更多空间给孩子需要另外付费。 床上用品也只有两套。还好，我们带有床上用品，大孩子睡在了沙发上，小孩子睡在我们中间。 还好只是一晚。

Breakfast was very good

We stayed in the Penthouse and my biggest issue would be to have - more understandable light switches and lamps by the bed - The switches that controlled the lights in the bedroom, the closet and the bathroom was the same switch and it was unclear how to control each individually - in addition the same switch controlled the louvers of the bedroom - weird. It would have been nice just to have one lamp on either side of the bed in the main room with a simple method to turn on and off. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony especially when the planes weren't taking off.

The front desk guy was exceptionally friendly and receptive. He gave us a warm welcome and arranged our rooms earlier than check in. Gave us great advice on places to see.

Their beautiful restaurant closed during covid which was a pity because the ambience was really lovely. On the one day, one of the guys on duty was a bit rude to me but he acknowledged and came to apologize (must have been having a rough day) because he was friendly the evening before.

1. Not fully understandable of parents with 2 young children. We need extra requirements like water, including warm water. We need a safe bathroom that does not leak water onto the floor. 2. The bathroom screen door has a gap at the bottom. Unless you face the wall and do not allow any water to splash on the screen it will flood the toilet floor. Not helpful with 2 young children. 3. Drop the pride and increase the empathy for families.
