Nice location, free parking on the nearest streets, but the staff didn’t tell you about it and prefers to sell you the parking spot in the hotel

Dirty! Found a woman’s hair on the toilet lid, and a lot of dust on the surfases. Since there is no cleaning without request in this 4-star hotel, people put the dirty dishes and trash out of their rooms to the hall and it stays outside for long hours and overnight.

Maybe tea and coffee making facilities in the room

Our money was robbed from our locked bags, we complained to the manager Mr Mark, but he said he cannot do anything about it. Vvv non cooperative staff. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE. THERE ATE NO TELEPHONES IN THE ROOM & NO SAFE IN THE ROOM.

Everyone really Friendly, really clean, They cleaned directly every table after the people got up, modern, great room, size of the room

The breakfast was not good

I arrived very late in the evening and the staff were super helpful and found some food for me, even though the kitchen was closed.

Upon arrival I was unable to immediately identify the hotel due to the small sign and it being so dark. It was a bit weird to have a double bed with a single duvet but I assume that was because I was a solo traveler.

it’s very good located not far from the shopping centre and the bus and taxi stops are right there too

I like to Airport theme and it’s always clean and fresh

Took a long time to check in ( I spent 40 minutes). Nobody will serve you after 11 pm. very small room

Hotel room was dark, small, noisy for 147,-€. Parking garage very tight spaces, will not stay there again

hospitality of the staff, services was excellent.

rooms needed to have more small appliances; like minibar & small water boiler.
