The front desk staffs are very friendly and i am grateful for their hospitality. They are understanding and able to solve my problems. The room is super clean and i couldn't find any dust in the room. The Eiger view from my room is so beautiful. The hotel location is also so convenient because it is just next to Grindelwald station. I would recommend room facing to Eiger.

One of the restaurant lady staff is very rude and I noted she kept watching and warn in a rude manner especially on Asian tourist. Hope she will improve her service attitude or else she should not be in front line service team.

I like the view , and cleaning

the attitude of the reception was very bad , and the breakfasted choice’s was very limited ,no porter to carry the luggage .

Everything is good, the hotel is next to the train station, and there is a viewpoint on the top floor.

The location of this property is just perfect for anyone who’s considering Grindelwald to be their base for the Bernese Oberland region. The staff was courteous and friendly and help us with everything we asked for. Overall, it’s a highly recommended place.

The breakfast buffet is great with choices of breads, cheese, drinks, etc. The only downside was, the menu remained the same throughout our stay of 4 days.

A neat and tidy hotel, right next to the train station. The attic room we had was charming and had a great view (e.g. through the skylight in the bathroom).

We were deeply disappointed with the customer service experience. Staff had to be actively fetched to finally be served, questions seemed to bother reception and on check-out our deposited car key had apparently been lost (it turned out to have been left in the ignition of our publicly accessible car after staff had re-parked it). I could go on...

The location next to the Grindelwald train station is excellent, you can access all the interesting points without problems and it is not loud. Breakfast was very good one, and the room has a wonderful view to the mountains which are so close to the hotel

I could not identify anything that I did not like, basically we like everything there.

Location is superb!! it is connected to the train station and very close (short walking distance) to the center of town and the central bus stop. parking is small, but hotel well manages to park your vehicle, where possible.

The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly to us.

The internet was not very reliable and slow when it was working.

Sauna was only bookable for private sessions and hence not very often available. Staff did everything to look for solutions nevertheless which compensated a lot.

It didn't matter what I ordered at breakfast, I got coffee...

Location is excellent, it is just next to Grindelwald Train Station. One side of hotel faces the train track and the other side faces scenic mountain. Scenic mountain view is good from 2nd floor onwards, 3rd and 4th floor will be excellent views. 1st floor will be partially blocked. Staff are helpful and hotel is very clean.

the location is perfect! it nearby the train station just walk for 1-2 minutes and the view from my room is so insane. the staffs were good and friendly. I recommend this place for stay in the grindelwald.
