First of all. The stuffs were amazing. I arrive very very late at nigth. I had to phone them and they gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and paciente. The room is small but very clean and comfortable

The bed was wonderful, as a big tall man, you can't ask more if the bed is perfect. 👍👍👍

The thing is that i didn't saw any stuff accept i saw someone on the interphone when i checked-in [spoke to someone, am not sure if that considered seeing someone] 😉. Upto now i am not sure if there is a front desk! I work in an hotel has well.

For a budget hotel, this one was great. Clean, simple, parking, Wi-Fi, friendly people.

Comfortable room, great location - 20 minutes on foot from the Ruhr Museum and near public transportation and restaurants. Friendly staff and quality breakfast. I highly recommend it!
