The staff are friendly

We were disappointed as the property has removed the slide in the pool, construction is also on going so there was the smell of paint on the corridors. A bad smell was also coming from somewhere :(

Room, food quality, facilities.

A lot of knocking and painting smell because of maintenance, also the electricity cut off sometimes for couple of hours !

access to beach is nice, 2 pools, but most importantly delicious food. If you are booking this place make sure to include the food (breakfast,lunch and dinner) or at least breakfast and dinner. this place is very family friendly, lots of families with kids. downstairs is decorated and furnished really nicely and stylish. there is a spa place there so you could get massages.

the rooms could use some updating and some carpeting however they are clean and are being cleaned daily.

Liked the food, restaurants & comfy beds in room. Pool temperature was well maintained. Good sea view from room as well as pool! Deepak from house keeping team was very supportive. Everyone at the breakfast restaurant were friendly and attentive.

table tennis location (lot fun if they're indoors), non operating air hockey tables, salty pool water .. Wish bathroom in rooms are upgraded , looks a bit old and under maintained.

Volleyball net at the beach was very convenient and constantly jumping out of the bay waters fish was fun to watch. Breakfast was ok.

The sea view room on the very right we’ve been put in was super noisy cos of all the AC’s under our window and once we tried to open a window for some fresh air we ended up having a very strong food smell in the room (probably restaurant’s exhaust) 🤦🏼‍♀️ About 97% of all the guests in this hotel were russians which I personally if knew beforehand would rather give a preference to a different one 🤷🏼‍♀️ All the paper notes in the room were left for me wasn’t in English. And receptionist suggested to fill in the form on the time of checking in not in English either. Very frustrating

The staff was excellent. The staff really made our stay great. I also appreciated the clean and well maintained outdoor area, of course the rooms and restauransts where really clean too. The pool area and the beach where also clean. A big thank you to the staff!

Development idea: a fridge where you could take your own drinks. All inclusive quest would get a drink more easily during meals. The hotel is popular with Russians..
