Nothing didn’t even get access to hotel , So can’t comment.

Couldn’t comment, as previously mentioned couldn’t access the hotel. Locked doors no reception, couldn’t access number to call on door. Did ask for any little bit of help from Pizza restaurant next door, sadly nothing they could help with.

The hotel wasn't expensive. The hotel was centrally located. That is all!

When we arrived at the hotel, the main door was locked and there wasn’t any staff. We were lucky to get in as another hotel guest was leaving. He warned us that we may have problems getting a room (although we had received confirmation from the hotel) I had to go from floor to floor (there are 5 floors) until I found an envelope marked “reserved” stuck in the door. The envelope contained the key card. I decided to use this card and enter the hotel room not knowing if the card was for us. We were lucky compared to others gathering in the hallway, trying to get through to the staff on the telephone. The hotel had a very complicated and arduous billing system that doesn’t work. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

elevator was like a grave and it does not work after 4:30pm. there was no Airconditioning or ventilation in the room. room was so noisy all the night. it was not possible to sleep because the room was too hot and noisy. washroom and room were very dirty and small.

The staff weren’t present the entire time during our stay, so we never had the opportunity to meet them or figure out how the check-in/out process worked. We were forced to use our very limited phone minutes to call them twice, once for check-in and another time for check-out. During our check-out phone call, the lady was extremely rude and refused to give me any information regarding check-out over the phone due to their ‘safety procedure’. However, we were allowed to check-in over the phone just fine regardless of this procedure and without proof of identity. This had us worried that our check-out didn’t go through even though we checked out hours in advance. We even sent an email regarding this and received no response. All their emails were sent in German and when I asked that they send me one in English, I received no response. Along with this horrible communication and presence, the room was located in a building on the Main Street and it was horribly loud our entire stay. We couldn’t sleep for 5 minutes without being awoken by the sounds of people and cars. Finally, the room was barely mediocre. It was small, cramped, dirty, old and run-down. Even if it were a quiet and calm atmosphere, we wouldn’t have been able to sleep due to the lack of comfort of the room.

The location is near shop and the central bus station

Tje room was facing the street and it was noisy all the time. The bed was so uncomfortable. The carpet looks like it has not been cleared! There are no facilities at all im this place ie hot water, tea or coffee. There was no remote control for the tv. The heater in the room was not working. The only warm place was the bathroom for the towel dryer.

actually i had booked at another hotel of their chain and they took me to a better one, so was an upgrade for free. spacius rooms, very clean. Nothing negative to say. really good choice

This was our second time in this hotel which shows we liked it also first time. The location is great, close to city centre, even closer to train station. Around the corner was bakery, room was quiet, clean, you have space for your stuff. When you arrive to reception just call the number and they'll let you know what to do. If we come again, we'll probably stay here again because it's great value for the price.

Location was quite good - despite a >10 minute walk from Salzburg main station, it was accessible to attractions like Mirabel Gardens, etc. Bed was quite comfortable, toilet was large and spacious. Slightly noisy when other hotel guests were walking past the corridor but overall OK.

Check-in experience was less than optimal - had to use money for phone call and online check-in as there was no hotel staff ever at the reception counter. Also means no possible way to store luggage at all - had to drag big luggage around.

So.. uncomfortable as there is no one to help you or no support. I'm requesting for my invoice after few days even now they have not sent it. I had not met anyone from the staff/no receptionist. They just guide over phone.

didn’t see a single member of staff on site. when you arrive late. they have a bizarre check-in system which requires you to ring a contact number where they inform you of the room number and you collect your key card in an envelope at your door. this isn’t practical for some people who can’t make calls abroad. The lift is out of operation in evenings and the staff are deceptive about that.

The elevator was out of order that we had to carry our luggages to the second floor. also we had no bath towels. we have informed the reception early in the morning about the towels but during our holiday unfortunately we had no towels that we couldnt get a shower

It was clean and they help me with an online check-in because I arrived really late to Salzburg. This is a really nice place.

The hotel is near from Salzburg train station and the connectivity is good. It's very clean and the staff is nice too.

In our 2 night stay at the hotel..just once the elevator was not working and we were on 4th floor. Apart from the hotel is very comfortable.
