Amazing staff -Thomas on reception was outstanding always smiling no matter what hour always helpful - Martin was very good too on check out . All the staff here are exceptional , the team at breakfast both chaps with names beginning with P gave us fantastic service Breakfast selection itself was outstanding -massive selection of cold buffet, fresh fruit and cooked breakfast options- nothing was missed it had it all !

Absolute prime location, 1 minute walk to the Hahnenkamm ski lift. Quiet, comfortable, great food and great service.

The quality of the coffee is the only thing I suggest to improve on.

Very comfortable, warm and welcoming. Friendly staff who are always smiling. super comfy beds, spacious rooms and lovely towels and bath robes. They think of everything.

I think they should put water in the rooms every day. other than that it was perfect. no complaints at all.

The location is perfect, a few meters from both main lift and train station. And the staff was extremely kind, happy and willing to help all the time.

The dinner was a bit pricier for what it is, but the food is good.

Couldn't beat the location - so easy to get off the mountain, walk across street, put your skis in the heated ski/boot room and go right upstairs to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well appointed, our room was spotless and comfortable. Had an very good 5-course dinner there at an very reasonable price with your stay. Breakfast buffet was great - excellent choices for keeping you fueled for a day on the mountain. Had dinner at the bar one night and the menu was good and prompt in service. Was good option as restaurants in town were very busy if you didn't have reservations. Didn't use spa facilities but took a look at them and they looked beautiful.

The only thing I think could be improved would be the bed. They were comfortable but definitely had a bit of a dip/depression in the mattress. I am a stomach sleeper so it was very noticeable. That was about it- everything else was very nice and was a great place to stay on our trip.

Hotel was very comfy and friendly, great location and superb food and well stocked bar.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Comfortable ski room and location is very close to the ski lift. Breakfast is excellent with big variety allowing everyone to find thier best choice to start the day.

There is nothing we did not like

Together with my wife we enjoyed very much our stay. Everything was perfect. Location, facility, breakfast was great and staff was very nice and polite. One day we would like to come back.

No such thing.

We were woken up every morning sometime 5 or 6 am by very loud door banging. It was not guests, i believe it was the kitchen or some other early starting hotel staff, and it almost shokk windows in our room so I believe many people would have been disturbed. We were only staying 3 nights, but it was every morning at around the same time and had we been staying longer I would have had to talk to someone concerning this
