Staff was amazing, and the location couldn't have been any better!

The room was pretty small for 3 people, and the mattress topper didn't quite do it for me, but not so much that I wouldn't return.

Excellent hotel and staff. Clean and comfortable. Nothing too much for staff. Good location to all the Christmas Markets and central shopping district. Can't recommend highly enough. Will return.

Room was quite small but very modern and comfortable, clean bathroom, VERY comfy beds and soft bed linen. Breakfast were tasty and diverse. Friendly staff. great location.

Bed and bed linen excellent - very comfortable. Facilities for luggage and clothes modern, organised and easy to use; no clumsy doors/cupboards. Very calm space. AC if you needed. Breakfast was brilliant; seemed to cater for everyone; plus fizz if you so wished! Staff efficient, polite and helpful. Would stay again if in Munster. Nice wine bar opposite!

The location was great, the rooms and bathrooms were a good size and had everything you needed. Staff were friendly.

My bed was a bit uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep, it felt like it sloped to one side which wasn’t great for my bad back.

Room super small, the double bed (two single beds) came apart.

We enjoyed a bright, modern, spacious room with a lovely sitting area and a very private balcony. Everything was super clean and we felt very at home. As a vegan, I was happy that there was enough choice at breakfast for me. The breakfast buffet was attractively presented and the variety of food in general was very good indeed. All the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

Perhaps a vegan spread other than sweet jam.

Very clean, good air conditioning and excellent shower

This is a beautiful hotel. Very convenient to the shops and restaurants and has underground parking. The beds are very comfortable. The room has air-conditioning. It is a very modern and spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend this hotel.
