We kwamen aan en konden gelijk in de grote gratis ondergrondse parkeerplaats van het hotel parkeren
We hadden een 3 persoonskamer die mooi ruim was en dankzij de tafel + stoelen konden we gezellig 's avonds aan de tafel zitten om te kletsen.
Het hotel leek ook een opknap beurt gehad te hebben of het is erg goed onderhouden want we vonden het er goed uitzien
Een erg ruim en gevarieerd ontbijt. Beter dan het hotel van de nacht ervoor
Een goede ervaring, zeker voor de prijs.

Location. It's quite close to the Ligna Fair centre. Otherwise there was drunk visitors shouting outside, so we were not happy to listen them shouting close to our window.
Apartments are very old and super basic. There's no water bottles. We found some hairs in the toilet and shower. Some towels were with dirty signs. Beds are running all over the room as they are on wheels. Beds are very uncomfortable and makes squeezzy noise. No air conditioning. Lift in the lobby is shaking and making strange sounds.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, very beautiful and comfortable room!😊 Breakfast was amazing, big variety of food, for any pretences! We will definitely come back!

Free parking. Had a four bed apartment with kitchenette and dining space. Good heating. Great bathroom. Lovely dinner at a good price. Breakfast was great, loved the scramble egg.

The location is great, right near the train station. There is no noise, very quite. Very good breakfast, many options, eggs, ham, yogourt etc, juice, coffee, tea

The room was large but basic. It had a table and 4 chairs. It was, however, very different from what was shown on the booking page. The location for us was good as it was close to the main Autobahn we were using. They were also pet friendly.
Evening staff, although helpfully arranged for a kettle and some cups, were not able to direct us to the few open restaurants and shops (which were easy to find after all), claiming that all was closed. They also insisted they didn't know which parking spaces I should use saying that some are rented out (all spaces are numbered so surely the hotel would know which ones are free as according to the staff at the hotel, they own the car park).

They charge extra for pets. When I complained about it, a receptionist told me: 'If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else'. So the customer service at the reception was just terrible.

Late check-in possible. Staff was friendly & the breakfast was great. Lots of parking. Good for a nights' stay on your way north/south.
The hotel is a bit run down and I did not like the fact that our room was accessible from another room through a balcony. We always had to close the blinds.

We only slept overnight when crossing throw Germany. It was very good. We just booked a room only 2 hours before and paid at the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Free parking before hotel. I recommend.
