Staff were very helpful. I had to contact a couple of times and all were very quick and responsive. The room was lovely, high standard and felt super comfortable. The balcony with view of the mountain was a bonus! Location was perfect for us as we came by train and used the buses to get around to Kaprun etc… so convenient location.

Just missing real mugs for a cup of tea or coffee, and we heard a lot of noise from the other guests above us overnight but otherwise top notch!

Die Lage 5 min zum Ortszentrum war optimal. Leider hatte wir durchgehend Regenwetter, die Nähe zur Uferpromenade und Fussgängerzone mit Lokalen etc war daher sehr gut. Museum im Vogtturm und Hallenbad als Schlechtwetterprogramm hat uns gefallen. Unser Zimmer war gut beheizt, der Balkon ist überdacht und trotz Regenwetter zu nützen. Wer länger bleibt und gerne kocht, die Gemeinschaftsküche im Haus1 ist sehr gut eingerichtet, in der Nähe gibt es einen Spar Supermarkt. Der Gartensitzplatz ist sehr schön gestaltet. Man kann das Auto am Parkplatz stehen lassen und die Schifffahrt, die Bahn oder Busse nützen um den See und die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Leider kein Frühstück, doch im Nebenhaus Alpenpark gibt es die Möglichkeit zu frühstücken oder in den Kaffeehäusern in der Fuzo. Ein Minikühlschrank im Zimmer wäre für den Sommer sicher optimal. Wir haben den Balkon genützt, hatte meist in der Nacht 8°.

Wir konnten den gebuchten Aufenthalt nicht um eine Woche verschieben obwohl das zimmer frei gewesen wäre.

The modern, newly renovated rooms and access to the kitchen area in the other house. And location! Right next to the train station!

That there was no cleaning of the room or changing of the towels during our stay. For a four night stay I would expect the room to be cleaned at least ones. There are rarely hotels that don’t do daily cleaning and I did not like this at this hotel.

All round very good, only regret was the automation check in & no contact.

تعامل الموظفين غير المحترمين لقد أستلمت أسوأ غرفة في المكان مع أنه يوجد الكثير جداً من الغرف الشاغرة لم أستطع النوم في الليل بسبب صوت هطول الأمطار المزعج فوق رأسك ومن النافذة لأنه لايوجد عزل صوت وفي الصباح وتقريباً عند الساعة السادسة صباحاً بدأ العمال عند نافذة الغرفة في العمل وتناول الحديث فيما بينهم وبدأ صوت آلاتهم تعزف لي الموسيقى الصباحية ( بف طاخ طيخ بوخ دج ) ولك أن تتخيل وأنت تبحث عن النوم بسبب ليلة ماطرة فوق رأسك وعندما إشتكيت للموظفين كان جوابهم الوقح لي نعتذر عن هذا وقد نسينا اخبارك !!!!!!!! وعدا عن ذلك فإن باركينغ السيارة مدفوع مع العلم أنه في معظم الفنادق الأخرى مجاني لذلك لا انصح به وهناك الكثير حداً من الفنادق الأخرى التي تحترم نفسها في هذه المدينة تجربة سيئة جداً

I didn’t like how they treated me at all! 😢 Someone asked me (via what’s up )to give him my credit card number! Before giving me the code for the door!, and he kept me for one hour outside!

The property is ok.. but the staff is very very unwelcoming !! ( I think they did that because I am Arab) This true unfortunately.

Die Buchung, die Informationen per WhatsApp, die Schlüsselübergabe per Code, die Parkplatzbuchung, hat alles hervorragend geklappt! Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet aber ein bisschen klein. Dafür ist das Bad sehr groß! Alles ist sehr sauber!

الفندق مافيه عزل ابدا ... مافيه تكييف واذا فتحنا الشباك صوت السيارات مع الخط مره مزعج ... والنت جداً جدا ضعيف .. وباب الحمام سحاب وما تقدر تقفله كامل واحنا عايله وليس زوجين

Great location in Zell am See, near the train station and Elisabethpark/lake promenade. Easy walking distance to restaurants/bars/shops in town. For a central location, it is great that you can find a hotel with free parking, so you can leave your car at the hotel and walk/hike/cycle around the area. My room was on the top floor with balcony and I could see a little bit of the lake which was amazing. Kettle and small water jugs are provided in the room as well which is a bonus. Good wi-fi. Dog friendly (€10 per day extra). Guests receive a Zell am See "Guest Card" which gave free access to public bus, and 10% discount on Schmittenhöhebahn.

Mattress was a little bit too soft for my liking. Toilet/WC was separate from shower/sink and there was no sink in the toilet to wash hands.

No safe-box in the room, no shampoo in the bathroom ( only liquid hand soap bottle) , no slippers.

The people did everything to make us feel well and a very good location.

We booked this apartment night before we left Schruns. What a surprise to find hotel 5mins from railway station and the Lake in centre of Zell. Rooms (2) were spacious and next door to each other with connecting balconies', great. View to left was chair lift up mountain and to right, the lake. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was continental and well stocked.

The family who run it and all the staff are very nice. Good breakfast. Good bed. Close to the railway station (short uphill walk to the hotel) few minutes walk to the lake, or for the town and the cable cars

the heating never came on so you couldn’t dry any clothes after being out skiing, they never changed the towels just made the bed in the mornings

The location.

The pillows were not confortable at all. The towels were not as expected (the small ones for the face seemd too used). The room did not had a fridge and as it was very warm we could not store food on the balcony. The walls are so thin I could hear the neighbours speaking untill very late in the night (this was the most unpleasant thing for myself as I could not sleep well). They donot serve breakfast and this was a big minus for me, because I expected that I could order to door from the bakery (as I was informed by the property), but the bakery said that they don’t do deliveries so I waked every morning to buy my breakfast (not very fun).

We were very happy of the location. Really close to the first ski lift Ebenbergbahn, also the City Express is reachable by a walk. Very easy to visit restaurants around and the pedestrian zone with it´s shops nearby. The house is very comfortable and frendly, We will definitelly come back

Location is very good, 2 min to the railway station, 5 min to city center, and gondola lift. The host was great , good value for money. Large rooms , very clean location.
