The room was perfectly cleaned. The location was excellent next to the ski lifts. The staff was really friendly.

The room was a bit too small. The breakfast did not have a great variety (no cakes, biscuits or omelette)

I did not have the opportunity to try breakfast but I had an excellent fondue for dinner and great lunch the next day. The hotel is very sweet and well kept.

Everything top level and perfect. This chalet hotel - solidly built, nicely decorated - is a real 3 star jewel serving excellent food! The managing director, former downhill ski champion Bruno Kernen, is lovingly caring for his guests and together with his efficient staff creating a very pleasant atmosphere! We will be back.

It is always a pleasure stay here, staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean, breakfast is rich, I specially like the large assortments of local cheeses. Never disappointed with their restaurant, always a good choice!

Very comfortable hotel. Rooms were nice, clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had a great selection of local cheeses. The ski room was perfectly placed. Hotel right near the ski lift and train station. Dinner was great. In all, a great, comfortable hotel perfect for a ski trip.

The staff were all amazing, so positive, happy and helpful. The restaurant is incredible but busy so definitely consider booking a table before you arrive. The location is perfect the ski lift is in walking distance and the hotel is on the main road of the village with Gstaad and Sanen Moser nearby
