This was by far the best hotel I've stayed at this year. Hands down!
Fantastic stay - Amazing and super friendly staff! The property has one of the best spas that I've ever visited. They were kind enough to upgrade my wife and I to one of the best rooms at the property!
The service was so personal that it honestly felt like home. If ever I visit Gstaad again - there is no doubt about where I'll stay
I cannot stress enough as to how comfortable and amazing our stay was!
I don't think I can think of anything that we didn't like - it was great overall!

This was really a great luxury hotel experience with very high standard on everything and an exceptionally service-minded and attentive staff. The playroom is a great plus if you travel with small children. The location, in a large garden literally in the centre of Gstaad is also great. Very good value for money.

1. Staff were so incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with regards to our 1 year old child as well as shuttling myself and my partner across town.
2. Food at the hotel was delicious.
3. Hotel amenities were outstanding - the kids play room was superb, the fitness centre was high class and the indoor pool was magnificent.
1. Room temperature was set a bit too high. While it is understandable that rooms are heated in the Swiss winter, this was on occasion a bit too warm. We fixed this by simply opening a room window and so it did not ruin the trip.
2. Switzerland is thought of stereotypically expensive and our experience confirmed that stereotype.

Fantastic Property. Central location 5 minutes from train station and main street shops and restaurants. Staff is amazing and friendly, meals at restaurants on property were phenomenal. Half Board option for hotel guests was a great touch - four course menu that changes nightly and keeps things fresh. Beautiful amenities as well - spa and indoor pool were very nice. Would stay again in a heart beat if returning to Gstaad.
