I loved the first days breakfast

The second breakfast had meat in so I sadly couldn't eat, but my partner really enjoyed it!

Excellent location, reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. Very tranquil despite being very close to 5ta Avenida and the bus station. Recommended.

Good location- close to the main street and the beach. There was AC in the room and fridge after room change. Nice green patio with palm trees and coconuts.

We didn't get the room which we saw on pictures while booking. We booked a spacious room with a fridge and on check-in we got a very small and not too clean one (there were some hairs on the bed and in the bathroom). Finally after some arguments we got a room change to the bigger one upstairs which was much nicer but still not the highest standard. Staff was nice and helpful however breakfast was said to be betweeen 8:30-10:00 and one day at 8:30 we were said to wait another 15-20min and on another day at 10:03 they said that breakfast is finished. The water pressure was very low during the whole stay- hard to shower yourself from sand from the beach or hair and on the last day of our stay there was no water at all- before our long flight to Europe we had no chance to take a shower. The free welcome massage was nice but it is only 15minutes one.

Does not have a designated area to eat, you have to come to front desk and order breakfast then come to pick it up ant either take to your room or find a table which they are not many

At 4:15PM, the room Nxt door had 6 drunk guys that sat outside on patio and kept getting Louder and LOUDER YELLING N CURSING as they drank More n MORE! AND the FRONT DESK JUST YARDS FROM THEM - NEVER TOlD THEM TO LOWER THEIR VOICES! And at 1am, 9 hours Later- I was so tired and exhausted from my traveling all day-I was unable to sleep until I turned the volume on TV WAY UP ON A CHANNEL WITH JUST STATIC OR WHITE NOISE-to DROWN OUT their Yellingn Partying-was I able to get a few hours of fretful sleep!

it wasn’t clean, the bathroom was really dirty and smelled very old and dirty. We had some troubles with cockroaches. the shower was terrible, it almost no water coming out. and the air conditioner had troubles, sometimes worked and sometimes not.

Room was really old, need to uprgrade soon as possible. Shower didn’t work properly, sheets were really old and dirty same were the pillows. Ants everywhere.

I needed to go to the hospital and the woman working nights was very helpful. She called a taxi and confirmed the address we were going to and the cost to get there. Location great close to 5th Nice to have a cat on the property

Over rated as a 3 star hotel. Bathroom light bulb burnt out before we even checked in on Dec 24. Breakfast was supposed to be included for our stay. Nothing Christmas or New Year’s Day. On our last day my breakfast was a bologna sandwich, 3 cookies, yogurt and a banana. Toilet broke on day 7 of our 10 day stay. leaking water all over bathroom floor, very hazardous. Everyday we were told someone would be up to fix. Finally at 10 AM of our check out it was fixed. There are little to no English speaking staff at this hotel.

This was a smaller hotel very close to beach and night ,it also had a oxxo and 7 /11 on the same block and every kind of restaurant within walking distance. The Hotel staff was very friendly and help me with any thing from getting a cab or helping you book excursions they treated me and my friend as we family. This is 3.5 rated hotel that staff make you fell like its 5 star with out all the amenities the come from a 5 star hotel and well recommend this hotel to any one thhat does not require all that comes with a 5 star hotel.

The thing i did not like is the water pressure and temp in rooms varied my hot water never got real hot in my room, i never turned on cold in shower unless i wanted a cold shower and my friends room he said was very hot and he could not get a good mix of cold and the pressure in both was ok but not great.

The location is good. Close to beach and ADO terminal. I liked the trees in the hotel. Feels like in little forest.

The room smell was very bad.. like old smell.. we turned air-conditioner on and it was okay.

you get what you pay for and the price reflects the quality but in general it was still ok.

peppery is not as new as it look but the place was very clean and the employees was very nice.

Very quite, and relaxing, close to the beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The rooms are a tad tired and the pool closed but the location and staff more than made up for this. We borrowed the properties old bikes which was great fun. The evening snacks and free tea and coffee were nice touches too.
