Excellent breakfast enjoyed it since the day we arrived, unfortunately we didn’t have time to have breakfast the day we checked out.

The room would get really cold out of no where. Specially at night.

The beach is lovely, as is the location of the resort beside a little harbour with several independent restaurants. The architecture is charming.

The property is fine for families but would be totally unsuited to older or disabled guests because access to everything is via many stairs and there are few elevators in the main areas. On our visit, staff were very friendly. Exceptions were : staff at checkin who were uninformed and/or gave totally wrong information about what we were entitled to; at the Hotel Store one of our group bought an expensive snorkel that didn’t work. There was no refund offered - only the option to take other merchandise he didn’t want, so I would be wary of buying anything there.

Beach, workers, clean, garden

Reception told us to go to the private pool, and the bartender told us that we can’t be there, then he called the reception to verify then he said that we can stay, but we prefer to go to different bar.

Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and responsive. In particular, I have to shout out Priscila and the Kids Club staff who went above and beyond to make the trip memorable for our kids. The facilities are beautiful and the food was delicious.

Coffee maker was not cleaned only on the put side old used ones inside of it. Hot water is tricky. Tvs are small, I've been here 2 times! paid twice the money this time and when I get there it's not all inclusive.. paid more than what my booking said to start with and still didn't even get a water from the mini fridge for free. No bueno

it was beautiful great place to vacay the rooms and views where gorgeous great price as well

the food was alright and the receptionist could have giving a bit better detail on things like events and food what activities or what not
