Fantastic location. Just minutes from the port and tree-lined Viale Italia promenade. The restaurant, the menu, and its staff were very attentive and abundant, which was a pleasant surprise considering the remainder of the property’s lack of charm.

Outdated, broken, non-functional amenities and furnishing. Reception staff arrogantly unhelpful in finding a solution for to accommodate my teenage daughter in the same room because she was 13 years old. No extra bed options, despite having booked 3 rooms for my family. They also put us on the worst floor possible - non renovated, ghastly ambience, - with a bunch of school children making a lot of noise, and claimed it was probably because we checked in late. Totally not worth the almost 200 EUR a night per room. Not even for 100. I had to eventually separate from my family and go find another hotel recommended by the manager (apparently he was sending everyone there), which looked and felt like an old-person care facility. Very disappointing service, or a complete lack thereof. No apology was extended and the manager quickly made excuses insinuating this was my fault. Would not recommend this experience to anyone!

the Wi-Fi is terrible, didn’t work in our room. and when works, they offer you a reduced speed and asks you to pay, it is ridiculous for 4star hotel do this…

Lovely hotel in great location. Beautiful view over the marina. Great room with very comfy bed. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Nice place, nice localization but the hotel need to put more attention in little things that to them don't cost too much to fix it and for us it's a big difference.

Food. Not fantastic I'm afraid. Breakfast is fine really - standard, but evening meals did not meet with expectations. One dish was billed as a special - a grilled chicken salad, but was honestly (with no exaggeration) fit only for rabbit food. It was flavourless, dry and had zero of anything nice added to it. I complained and they did offer to replace / remove from the bill but I had no appetite to have it replaced if the chef was content to serve that. If you have time to find alternatives outside the hotel that might be best. While sat there eating a fairly late meal - but hey, if they are open, they are open - the staff began setting up for breakfast all around us too which does spoil the relaxation somewhat.
