not as friendly as you would like. no iron in the room. There was a room downstairs with an iron if you had to touch up clothes.. facility was a bit dated.. older crowd also.

the hotel was absolutely amazing. great location, great facilities, amazing breakfast, and super friendly staff. Flavio was king enough to give us a room with the most amazing sea view without any further cost. The hotel also has a free shuttle servuce to and from the city center of Sorrento which runs every hour and is super convenient. Also, we had to move our reservation twice for personal issues and they did it immediately and without any cost. Thank you, we couldn't have had a more prefect stay at Sorrento.

it would be nice for a hotel this size to have a gym. The rooftop terrace could use some love, it has a gorgeous view but it is not well maintained. a the restaurant closes too early.

Friendly staff. Shuttle was available and was easy to reach the center of Sorrento.

Rooms are old fashioned and basic. Basic buffet for breakfast.

Great location, useful shuttle bus, staff great, rooms very good bed okay, rooms have sky TV but beds not that great. Entertainment every night and with a great view of the volcano. Drinks can be expensive at night but otherwise pretty good.

The free breakfast and shuttle bus was very good.

Too many smoking areas/rooms which permeated the facility and the hotel restaurant for dinner was sub par from any of the dining experiences we had on the island.

Location great

Breakfast not worth having. Staff not friendly, only one hot item eggs and only scrambled. No signs to find anything. Offer a shuttle bus daily. There should be a ticket system, as when it comes to collect the residents lots of pushing in and not enough room on the coach.

Lovely location with breathtaking views over Sorrento, Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Pool was amazing, lots of sun beds and nice pool bar. Staff in the hotel were very friendly, we had a lovely time here. The shuttle bus to the town centre was very welcome and was a good service.

The hotel has a stunning view, lovely rooms, and the staff were incredible. It is a short walk (20 minutes) into Sorrento, but there is a regular shuttle bus, which helps. The only flaw would be that the food at the pool was not the greatest, but apart from that everything was excellent and I would stay here again.

Very clean property! The staff was incredibly helpful and did their best to help with the language barrier. The peaceful property is up overlooking Sorrento but the shuttle service makes it easy to get down to the busy square for the day.

The food wasn’t up to the same standards as the property would lead you to believe.

Not a large selection for breakfast. No free water provided in the room on arrival. Very long walk into the centre, their is a shuttle which is excellent, however the times are very restricted.

All that was very good.

It needs a paint job and some updates but that also added to the charm of the place. I think when paoosible they shouls paint the interiors as well.

The staff was great, very helpfull and freindly We were 3 in one room which was very spacious and clean, with a great view Breakfast was good we also had dinner the food was great The have a shuttel from the hotel for free to the city center it was so comfortable They also have arranged tours to amalfi coast, capri and more where they pick you up and drop you off at the hotel

flowers were stunning; the pool is one of the biggest and best I’ve seen
