Понравилось расположение (до центра Ареццо пешком 10 минут) Внимание персонала (в день приезда написали сообщение, чтобы уточнить время приезда) Номер был чистый и просторный, с ванной, с кухонным уголком, с кондиционерами в каждой из комнат Отличная бесплатная парковка возле гостиницы

Гостиница располагалась рядом с ж/д станцией Ареццо, если открывать окна, то было шумновато от поездов проходящих мимо

Near the centre of the city. Friendly and helpful local host.

The building is located opposite the train railway, so there is very noisily when the train passes by. Air-conditioning needs service - the air smells. There is fungus and dirt in the grout near the bathtub. Breakfast it's some joke.

put it simply - everything was fine. the quality of the property matched what was on the web site. So, no surprises. you get what you aim for. honest description. Simona was a star! she helped in every detail so the check-in and stay were smooth and trouble free

because the description was true, we knew what to expect. so there was nothing to complain about.

Location - the neighborhood didn’t look very nice but it was walking distance from the historic centre.

The flat was very (very) old; building, furniture appliances etc. It smelled like cigarettes as smoking was allowed in the balcony. Constant train noise and ocasional dog barking. “Breakfast included” means some groceries in your room, like packed crackers, cakes and juice cartoons. The hot water kept going off (3x in a two night stay), the first time we had to wait until 11pm when other guests would arrive and have access to the boiler that controlled our room. Don’t recommend this at all.
