Staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful - even going out of their way to mail something back to me that I had accidentally forgotten. The room was very nice looked like it had been recently renovated and had really good lighting controls.

The bathroom was clean and everything worked great, however, the placement of the door and the small size made it hard to move around in.

The rooms were fantastic! Very modern and clean with all the mod cons. Bed was very comfortable. Refreshments in the room and complimentary water. Giovanni the manager was such a nice guy. Was always there if you needed anything. I actually left my expensive music ear phones in the room and Giovanni went out of his way to post them to me in Ireland gratis. That's what I call professional genuine customer care. Thank you Giovanni for a wonderful stay. Hope to be back soon 😊 I highly recommend this property!

To be able to book a room like this in Florence during the peak tourist season in Italy made me very happy! First of all, it's a family run hotel, but when I entered the room it gave me the exact feeling of some 3 or 4 star chain hotel! The bathroom was very clean and the room was very new due to the refurbishment. The small balcony that came with the room was also great, but bugs would fly in if you opened the door at night (the business had an electric mosquito repellent). The location is also good, it took me about ten minutes to walk from the station and only a few minutes to the central market. The owner is very friendly and her daughter (the little manager) is very cute. If I come back to Florence next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel told me they did not receive funds from Booking . Com where I booked it so I had to pay full bill before leaving need to check to see why. Not received

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of coffee the way you like it, too many tempting baked goods, juice, cereal, yogurt, etc. Host exceptionally nice.

Light goes on automatically when you enter, not so good if you have to get up during the night.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. we arrived earlier than planned.. and they made sure to get us into rooms as fast as possible. we had a family of 7 and had 2 rooms. everything was perfect… the breakfast the next morning was so delightful.. the gentleman who took over the next day was also so helpful. he gave us a map for directions, let us leave some heavier belongings and just offered such hospitality. I wound recommend this place to anyone I’m traveling in this area.

Well located, close to train station and the most important places to visit in Florence.

The property was newly renovated and very clean. It was very modern and spacious for Europe. There was an elevator that was very much appreciated. The hotel provided toiletries for your stay and the continental breakfast was plentiful. Wifi was available after connecting it through the television. TV had to be on for wifi to work.

The beds were very hard. Particularly, the larger bed. It felt like a wooden board. Sleep is essential when traveling. First day, I woke up very sore and I couldn’t move my neck. Had to purchase pain meds to get through the day. I didn’t like that I had to reuse my towels for 2 days since there was nowhere to place them to dry when 4 people were in the room. While it was modern, the light sensors in the bathroom were inconvenient since the light would turn off while you were in there.

The hotel was well-situated in a quiet street but still close to all of the main attractions. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and Giovanni was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Florence.

Front desk employee was professional and consistently friendly. Room was spacious, had a mini fridge, safe, and air conditioning.

Slightly inconvenient that the room wifi only works with the TV on (wifi is broadcasted through TV). Meant that the TV would have to be on (set to a channel, otherwise the TV auto sleeps) and on mute. Made it hard to use the wifi at night if one person is trying to sleep already.
