بصراحه الفندق هادي جداً ومريح .. والافطار جميل. واخص بالشكر الاستاذ " اركان" كان رجل بمعنى الكلمة وبشوش .. ونبيه ماشاءالله . وكل ما دخلت الفندق يسأل ناقصك حاجه مرتاح .. بصراحه بطل.

ضيق الغرف ..

Lage: Sehr zentral im Stadtteil Sirkeci. Zu Marmaray (Metro) ist das Hotel nur 50 Meter entfernt. Zu Sirkeci Straßenbahn-Haltestelle sind es ca. 200 Meter (max. 2 Minuten Fußweg). Zu Gülhane-Haltestelle ebenfalls ca. 200 Meter. Eminönü-Fährenhafen ca. 4 Minuten Fußweg. Personal: Personal ist stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und Lösungsorientiert. Jederzeit ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Jeder Gast wird wie ein Ehrengast behandelt. Frühstück: Frühstück war genau so, wie es sein sollte. Sehr vielfältig. Auswahl zum Frühstück: Brot, Sesamringe, warme Suppe, wechselnde Warme Gerichte (gekochte Eier, Omelett, Frittierte Kartoffeln, Frühlingsrollen, Bratwurst mit Ei uvm.), Marmeladen-Bar (Honig, Erdbeermarmelade, Pflaumenmus etc.), Gebäck verschiedener Art, Pancakes, verschiedene Wurstsorten, Brotaufstriche, verschiedene Käsesorten, Oliven, Antipasti. Ein Kaffeevollautomat mit verschiedenen Kaffeesorten sowie türkischer Tee und verschiedenen Teesorten. Soviel Auswahl hat man draußen nicht und man wird definitiv satt. Ich habe keinen Gast meckern hören. Zimmer: Zimmer werden jeden Morgen gesäubert und gereinigt. Betten werden gemacht. Jeden Tag werden die Zimmerschuhe ausgewechselt. Man bekommt immer neue. Betten sind sehr gemütlich (weich aber nicht ausgelatscht). Zum ersten Mal hatte ich ein Kopfkissen worin ich nicht versunken bin. Ein Riesen plus hierfür. Im Bad werden alle Tücher jeden Morgen ausgewechselt. Die Putzfrauen sind sehr nett und haben ebenfalls ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Man hat merken können, dass die Damen ihren Job gerne machen. Hotel: familienfreundliches Hotel. Barrierefrei. Zwei Aufzüge vorhanden. Kein Alkohol. Es wird darauf geachtet, dass keine Zimmer für eine Nacht an Pärchen vergeben wird. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Geld ist für dieses Hotel an zweiter Stelle. Der Gast kommt an erster Stelle👍🏻 Das nächste mal werde ich definitiv wieder mein Hotel von dort buchen. Zusätzlich wird ein Transfer zu den beiden Flughäfen angeboten.

Es gibt leider nur eine Steckdose im Zimmer und nur eins im Bad.

The swimming pool is too small

Location was very good and central to tram train boat and eating places. Breakfast was reasonable could have more variety but still nice. Hotel staff were very good helpful and spoke English.

Only issue I faced was the AC not working, but staff responded straight away and changed our room for us.

the hotel is not as advertised in the pictures. the rooftop terrace was closed and had no seating it was just a room that was very dirty with nothing up there. the hotel requires specific Extention plugs that fit the whole which we had to spend the first day looking for in order to be able to use any appliances / phone chargers

Amazing front desk staff, I would say the best staff that I met in Turkey so far, they literally adressed all our tiny issues, and were very hospitable. The food is good, with a lot of vegetables and greens. Location is in the heart of historical part of Istanbul, and also near the Metro & rail road station. Rooms were clean and cozy.

Swimming pool is quite small and we were constantly reminded ( even scolded!) that we should be quite ( that is quite hard with 6 y.o. child, who by the way chose this hotel just because of the presence of swimming pool). You should post in the description of the hotel, that those who are using swimming pool should know that the priority is for guests of Spa, not to the guests of the hotel!

Sea View, Location in living area full of restaurants, Metro and Tram station, Near Aminouno Ferry boats to Bursa, Asian side and Princes islands. Near SultanAhmet area.

The SPA was not good and expensive.

Localisation is great,around 30m away of Sirkeci metro station. Many restaurants,shisha bars,shops and off-licence around. Easy access to buses and trams. Great view from window to Bosphorus,Galata Tower,mosques and a huge warship.

For sure should be refurbished because it doesnt look for 4 stars😁

Front desk on my arrival was a nightmare. Was told to pay complete bill on arrival or leave. Not willing to listen to request for room type changes. Rooms are tiny, rooms was not cleaned at all twice in my 6 days. Bathroom and toilets are tiny. Breakfast is limited. Pool times are at worst hours when most are out ( so when you want to go you must pay exorbitant amount). Lobby and passages are all dim and not really bright and lit up.

The room size, the staff not easy to talk with, the bathroom shower was broken, one key for each room

Same breakfast every day , the omelette was paid for, also the battled water, in the room no garbage basket only in the bathroom and no hot water pots in the room also.Time for using the pool and sona is 12 noon until 6 which it is not a good time to be in the hotel.

all was ok for the price, location was great

terrace should have had more chairs and tables as shown on brochures. A standard electric kettle is not supplied as well as a simple iron was not in the rooms.

The staff they hide the room card to let me pay additional fee . there’s no access for baby car and handicapped only stairs its hard if you have baby car with you
