the location was perfect for what we we were looking for, total relaxation and comfort, with the activities we wanted on our doorstep. The staff were friendly and very welcoming . the food was fantastic. would recommend to all.

The location is fabulous with great vieuw on the slope. Yoy can park at teh hotel and the crew makes the steep ascend snow free for you, call the reception on late arrival and even then the the road is prepared for you. There is a ski depot of the hotel just in front of the cable lift, good thinking and even heating system for your ski boots. Excellent staff and much recommended.

V comfortable hotel in a great location. And most importantly the hotel has really clear COVID rules in place to make it safe for everyone to enjoy their stay. Will be back again.

Excellent breakfast. Amazing SPA. Wonderful surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed. Haute cuisine dinner for a reasonable price.

1) Such a high end hotel would think about a more hygienic carpet flooring. 2) Additional staff at the buffet would be great. 3) The small size of the TV does not match the level of the hotel.

Very good location, very good breakfasts and dinners. Very great SPA and swimming pool, jacuzzi sauna ect.

a bit too expensive

Great breakfast buffet, very good restaurant on site that serves food all day. The spa was great as well, with a swimming pool, sauna, two steam baths and three jacuzzis (one outdoors). The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. We travelled with a small baby and everything was provided by the hotel (baby bed, changing table, bottle warmer). We can fully recommend this hotel.

The swimming pool could have been slightly warmer. The water from the shower always went everwhere in the bathroom.

Personnel was very nice, helpful, we had the chance to discuss with Sommelier who helped us with the Wine choice. Our room was very comfy, with a beautiful view, and calm part of the Hotel. We really relaxed at the Spa place as well as at the massage center. Food was very tasty, plenty of choice. The location in middle of the mountain is really an asset for those who love hiking or simply resting surrounded by trees and mountains. Plenty of trails around.

Thai restaurant isn't a real Thai place. The look makes the place look like an average European Thai restaurant, Pad Thai was more a Chinese veggies noodles dish than a Pad Thai. Starters and desserts were very tasty though. The prices didn't match our expectations, but in the end we didn't have a "bad moment".
