Paying €2 cash for a token to then buy a drink Then returning your plastic cup for your token .. very complicated when all you want is a drink Also was asked for €10 cash to use an ironing board

The layout of the hotel is really nice with two swimming pools. One more child friendly and the other more for big kids and adults. The hotel is located a very short walk down to the beach which is amazing and we walked down a couple of times to swim in the sea. I felt like it was experiencing the family side to Ibiza and how stunning the island is.

The rooms are basic. Very effective but a couple of other bits like a kettle would be nice. Travelling with a baby we were making up formula bottles which the bar provided hot water but outside of bar times this was not possible. Luckily we had bought some ready made formula with us for the night time feed.

Initially we had a terrible room assigned facing the kitchen, with drain smell. I requested a new room assigned and we were moved to room 223- it was lovely with sea view from balcony. I appreciated that the staff went out of there way to assist us.

Sun beds booked from 7am but no one sitting there.

We were with our 9 year old daughter so the Swimming pool was always going to be the main attraction. It did not disappoint as it had a deep and shallow end separate from other kids pools. The daily entertainment and pool games, the layout of beds close to pool for adults and the bar was all really good. Staff were great, rooms were perfect (tv didn’t work but we didn’t want to use anyway) the breakfast buffet was brilliant. Had everything you would need.

Parking is not provided and as the area is so busy can be hard to get parking for car if you have one. Tv didn’t work in room. We loved our stay so no real issues with the place and would recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff, always happy and helpful. We were breakfast only but always a great choice and plenty of places to sit. Lovely pool facilities. We were only there for a long weekend but it was good value for money and we’d go back for a cheap holiday.

I liked the view and the amenities as well as the room for the most part.

I got salmonella from the angus beef hamburger at the hotel. I was only staying for two night so three days in total and 2 out of the 3 days I was deathly ill from salmonella after eating at the hotel for all of my meals the first day I was there.

Lovely staff, great pool area and spotless clean. Really cannot fault it.

Pools tiny! food selection so small, and not very nice. Eggs rock hard at breakfast! evening entertainment was so loud even if your at the furthest point from it in your room, can still hear it until 11pm. Gym was so bad. No dumbells and tiny space.

The hotel was basic to say the least, from the reception it looks adequate, when you walk through its so basic. The restaurant is just like a small school diner hall, the furniture is cheap plastic garden centre furniture and the cocktails are just a sugar syrup overload served in plastic cups. Every room has an a joining room ... and our neighbours were 2 extremely noisy Spanish girls. Each night they would come in around 3/4am, put music on and shout and scream till about 7am. We tried to contact reception to complain the 2nd night but the phone in the room didnt work and there was no one on reception when I went down to complain. We had booked a sea view also, there is no sea views instead we had a view of dirt and some hippies trailer van. We also requested at booking a late check out, we received confirmation of this at the time but when we arrived at the hotel we were told we would need to ask on the morning of our departure. When we asked we were told no and that unless we could prove they had authorized this and not booking.com they would not authorize. We managed to get the hotel manager to speak to booking.com and he blamed them for the error but said he would extend our check-out by 3 hours which wasn't really that helpful when our flight wasn't till 10pm, was one of the only reasons we booked the hotel in the first place and the hotel was at less than 80% capacity. The staff would regularly walk around the hotel smoking and vaping with the guests.

The pool was nice, facilities were keen and staff seemed to make an effort pool side with adults and children.

The view from nearly any room is non existent, overlooking a dusty courtyard, a dirt track or scrubland. Only has about 20 sunbeds, 90% of which were never available and never occupied, just towels for entire afternoons. Staff did nothing about it. Not enough staff at the bar (1 person constantly busy with a 6 person deep queue) yet reception had 5 people chatting away.

The buffet breakfast was magnificent! So much wonderful choices and wonderful service from all of the staff clearing up plates all of the time. I cannot fault it . Brilliant!
