A lovely hotel with friendly staff, the concierge and reception team went out their way to be helpful. Beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast, great pool with plenty of loungers and next to an amazing beach and lovely restaurants.

The prices for food and drink were ridiculous - especially €7 for a small can of water, and it was difficult to get it elsewhere.

Es un hotel que podría estar en una de las grandes ciudades del mundo, New York, Londres, Barcelona, muy urbanita. Comodidad de 10, pero lo que realmente valoro a parte de la ubicación excelente frente al mar, y las instalaciones pensadas para el confort, es el servicio de valet o aparca-coches. Un equipo magnífico, rápido, profesional y exquisito en el trato. La habitación de una talla fantástica, con el jacuzzi dentro de la habitación, y muy luminoso. La cama tipo king-size súper cómoda con juegos de cama de calidad contratada. La climatización de la habitación es impecable, potente y silenciosa, como solo tienen los grandísimos hoteles. Desayuno completo con vistas al mar. Música amenizada en directo muy acertada, tipo chill. El rooftop es otro punto fuerte del hotel, bien atendido. Una cena en el restaurante Epic, del rooftop con una carta divertida asiática, mexicana y mediterránea, es uno de los momentos inolvidables de la estancia.

Si se puede sacar un mínimo fallo, tal vez sería que en los ascensores, al estar frente a la vidriera exterior, la radiación es elevada y hace calor. Y tal vez, el servicio de camareros en la terraza para el desayuno o comida, un poco despistados y algún fallo. No llegaban platos o bebidas solicitadas. Aunque la valoración para mi es altísima, de 9,80 sobre 10, estos dos pequeños detalles no desmejoran el resto, una estancia de ensueño, solo a la altura de grandes Hoteles como Fairmont, Four Seasons o Adlon.

One pool should be dedicated to children, to allow adults to enjoy more . Staff at the breakfast was very nice and efficient. Roof top had the Ibiza vibes with a DJ and great music, but again they should dedicate the balinese beds to adults only

Children jumping and diving and splashing water at the pool. Finally we found the great Roof Top pool and it was absolutely a pleasure to use the Balinese beds and the pool...till the time that children were allowed . The SPA was not well maintained, worn towels everywhere both in men's changing room and women's .

Stunning! The design, how clean and well maintained it was, it was genuinely perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful or wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and the meals and breakfast in particular were sensational.
