- the location was great- not far from highway ( good for people travelling through) - staff is very responsive, were able to check me in at 2 am - iron and kettle were included in the room

- bed sheets were not clean, found hair in bed and shower

Ok, nothing worked by the way, no food was arranged, the car charging did not work, the reception lost his nerves

Unacceptable capabilities, managed poorly

Nice interior design and comfy bed (firm mattress). Friendly staff at check in. Pool area looked nice, although we didn't use it. I'm not actually sure who would want to hang out at the pool in the middle of an industrial area...

The bathroom was quite run down, see photos. Cleanliness was subpar, you could tell staff were only given enough time to cover the basics. Our room was opposite a warehouse where (drunk?) men were noisy until late and the beeping of forklifts would wake us at 6. We booked quite last minute which of course raised the price as the hotel was quite full, but you should not pay more than around 60 euros a night for this place, in my opinion.

Large room with comfy large bed but little else. No fridge. Breakfast surprisingly good.

Location and staff. This stop was to break a long drive from Perpignan to Mojacar, close to the motorway. We fully expected the hotel to be isolated in an immense industrial estate. We did not however expect the restaurant to be closed and the receptionist to be totally ignorant about local restaurant opening hours. We eventually found a tapas bar open in the town of Almussafes just before closing at 9pm. This hotel should not have appeared in the listings of booking.com. Totally unsuitable for travellers' needs. One factor which may have influenced the hotel management was the provision for Ukrainian refugees, who formed the majority of the hotel guests. This may have resulted in the restaurant closure to "regular" guests, but did not influence our opinion at all.

The hotel is fine and easy to reach. Stay overnight and go. It's modern and has good wifi.

The gym is NOT a gym. It's a room with some broken old things you could easily hurt yourself on. They could save money by turning off the air conditioning in that room and throwing the contents in the dumpster.

Dreadful location in the middle of a industrial estate miles from anywhere when I eventually got into my room after three attempts key not working luckily I was on the first floor was like a Sauna 33° outside no air-conditioning on and all windows closed at 3 pm in the afternoon Bathroom was in a dreadful condition I have photos If needed Mould on the side of the bath and up the walls Who ever gave this hotel four stars must work for Ramada No water in the room to drink and paper cups to drink tea and coffee of can you tell me why in 2022 I’m still drinking out of paper cups at breakfast 1970s Hotel charging 2022 prices dreadful This seems like a badly converted office block I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
