Las piscinas son una pasada, climatizadas y para disfrutar de ellas.

El hotel está ubicado en la zona de las discotecas, están al aire libre.Es horroroso, horrible la música hasta más de las seis de la mañana, retumban en las habitaciones, ni con tapones se puede dormir.,no es un hotel para descansar,,verlo para creer...inimaginable. El todo incluido del hotel deja mucho que desear, la comida de poca calidad es decir se come bastante mal. Me daban una habitación inferior a la que había pagado, si no me quejo me la cuelan..

Os funcionários são muitos simpáticos e sempre prontos a ajudar. A limpeza é excelente. A animação é 5 estrelas. O spa é divinal. A localização também é top. De certeza que regressaremos em breve. Um beijo especial à Margarida da recepção.

Para quem tem sono leve convém obtar por quartos mais afastados da avenida principal porque tem animação até madrugada.

Situación inmejorable frente a la playa y zonas de ocio. La Piscina infinita es una maravilla y la zona de tumbonas junto a ella donde hay más tranquilidad que en la otra piscina

Perfect location - beachfront, a room with the ocean view, it was superb. Good facilities, plenty of resting/sitting areas, lounges etc. Food was okay. Some of the staff friendly and helpful.

The main health and safely issue for us was the restaurant, when on the first dinner we saw a cockroach on the floor near out table. But the shock was at breakfast the following morning when we saw a cockroach on the worktop right next to a pan where an omelet was being prepared - and when we pointed out to the chef about it, he only shrugged his shoulders. It was a horrible smell at the restaurant in the evening, we are guessing they applied some disinflation, but this experience did put us off, not to mentioned upset stomachs. Watch out when dining over there.

The location and proximity to the beach was ideal. Helpful staff, answers all our questions. Balcony was nice to relax on at the end of the day Nightly entertainment

A/c system was not very strong and only runs when you have the key in the room and the patio door locked which made the room hot and stuffy often. The drinks at the bar as part of the all inclusive were terrible. I understand they are served with a dispenser for convenience but the flavour was artificial and too sweet. Some of the choices made in regard to food and drink for the all inclusive option gave the impression that the hotel has quantity instead of quality in mind.

The Hotel was in a very good location, the pool was nice, the lower pool was lovely and warm and the sun beds where comfortable and supportive, the hotel beds where comfortable.

Ok, the room which was meant to be a family room was a disabled room, really odd considering it was the furthest away from the lift, there is no air con, warm air blows into the room so we had to sleep with our window open and tiny balcony door open room 456, it wasn’t a very good stay at all considering myself and my partner was bit to death by mosquitoes. The balcony 🤯 what balcony, my mother and father in law stayed as well, they didn’t get any sleep due the music from the bars over the road, their room was adequate but small. The food was low quality, it was cooked well but everything was bland because a lot of it was out of a tin or a packet like the scrambled eggs etc.
