Le stanze non sono insonorizzate e le porte sono "leggere" si sentono tutti i rumori soprattutto delle donne delle pulizie che iniziano alle 8 e finiscono alle 15.

Henkilökunta oli asiantuntevaa. Uima-allas vahdittiin hyvin. Sijainti oli täydellinen.
Ruokasalin toiminnassa oli puutteita. Laadussa näkyi säästäminen. Pitkämatkalaisena en pystynyt enää ruokailemaan hotellilla. Lomalaiset täyttivät vesipullojaan ruokasalin annostelijasta. Kontaminaatio oli täydellinen kun pullon suu laitettiin annostelijaan niin että hana oli pullon sisällä joka oli ollut suussa.
Ilmaistointi oli riittämätön. Kuumuus huoneessa oli kestämätöntä, olisi tarvittu kunnon laite. Viipperä katossa ei riittänyt.

The location was central , the housekeeping was excellent , the pool was great and the food was plentiful and good quality
There were some guests who had a fair few drinks who were very loud and used abusive language which was not a nice environment when there are children around.
Quite a lot of the daytime music did not match the clientele who I am sure would have preferred more tranquil relaxing music around the pool

The pool side bar was always overcrowded and floors wet. The outdoor area was always overcrowded in the evening so never got a table

Nice room always cleaned very well. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great pool. Good entertainment.
Food was very repetitive, aircon not integrated had to leave hot exhaust out window with it open letting alot of noise in. No inside quiet bar at night.

Sun bed rush in the morning, Entertainment was a bit hit and miss in the evening. Nothing nearby and on top of the hill.

each time we come it seems there is another cost saving, now you can't get a coffee made at the bar. We will try something else now.

it is really well located on the island, near to the activities which we wanted to attend
The rooms were not so very well maintained, the bed was not very comfortable, some aspects of the cleaning can be improved (the doors were a little bit dirty and with stains, shampoo and shower gel were missing most of the time)

Clean. Staff members are very helpful and friendly.
Very noisy inside rooms as building is next to highway. No ventilation in bathroom, all steam is accumulating inside bathroom or coming out into the sleeping room. Cocktails provided in all inclusive pack were from a tap having no similar taste to original names whatsoever. Hotel charges £1/ day per person for towel from the first to the last day even you don't stay next to pool and don't need towel every day.

Food was amazing and a huge variety. The place was exceptional clean and the staff were very helpful.

great location only a short taxi ride to the shopping centres and beaches
food was on a 1 week rotation so after day 7 the food repeated itself but still very nice

Very nice hotel, great facilities and close to the waterpark. Great buffet selection for both breakfast and dinner each day. I would stay here again.
