Rooms were really clean and spacious and the balcony overlooking the pool was nice. The buffet breakfast was great

The beds were two singles pushed together but they were on wheels so they would move around a lot

location great, near enough to the beach and entertainment but far enough away to not interfere with the holiday peace and quiet. entertainment team very good.

bathroom could do with an update, need to add a kettle etc, you can rent a kettle but for 16 euros plus a deposit was a bit steep, you can buy one for less from many of the shops around! food at the pool bar was quite expensive and portions were not the largest, cheaper in any of the restaurants around. The staff at the pool bar and dining room were not rude but they could be quite abrupt and on the odd couple of occasions a bit terse.

Smell in the bathroom after first time opening the room door, Rooms needs renovation badly Some of the bar staff likes to chat to themselves while residents waiting to be served, or being on the phone, they don't care... very slow at he bar and no respect to the residents Food just ok.

Staff were friendly. Food was very nice. Room was clean and cleaning staff came every day. Pool and outside area is very relaxing and kept clean. Hotel is safe and in a good area. Air conditioning had different settings to suit you.

Staff were always very helpful. A good selection at the breakfast lunch and dinner buffets- definitely above average quality! Beds were super comfy. We could hear music from downstairs but it always ended by 12 which was great. Drinks were good prices. Fantastic location- this is our 3rd time back mainly because it’s so close to everything! A mix of families and couples. Entertainment was great and not too invasive like other resorts.

The pool feels a bit cramped at times. Housekeeping was sometimes inconsistent- some days no hand towels even though we placed them in the correct spot to be replaced.

Breakfast was not as good for me personally but plenty of choices available

The quality of food in the hotel is at an extremely high level. Breakfast has a wide range of dishes, everyone will find something for themselves. Every day the assortment of dinner changed, quality products and the ability to cook tasty left only positive impressions about the hotel. The hotel staff is always ready to help with any problems, extremely friendly. The location of the hotel is good, nearby (50 meters) there is a supermarket and a cafe, the beaches are also close, everything is within walking distance.

The quality of coffee needs to be improved, as well as allowing guests to order a wider range of drinks during dinner. There are no kettles in the rooms.

Central location near the ocean and public transport. Large rooms. Great dining room with exquisite buffet meals. Entertainment program.

Talking from adjacent rooms were audible but usually stopped by 00h30.

food was repetitive when staying full board, ended up eating out 3 nights out of 6. maybe some themed evenings on food rather than same thing every meal
