Great choice at breakfast ..fresh fruits hot cooked breakfast etc on a promenade ideal for long walks on the beach front close to some nice restaurants in Cambrills. Good entertainment at night.

Perfect location by the beach and by the cycle lane. There is a bus stop at the hotel and a taxi rank opposite too. Between Salou and Cambrills, the cycle lane is flat and easy access or ability for any age. The hotel has a selection of rental bikes, no deposit, and straightforward to use. The spa was fine to use on the quiet day and is €8 adult and €4 /child. The hotel has souvenir shops on site and a clothes shop if needed anything. The breakfast has always fresh bread and pastry and cooked breakfast and fresh pancakes and cereals and dairy for any dietary requirements. Dinner has a great selection, too. The staff are friendly when you speak a bit of Spanish.

At breakfast, the hot beverage machine is really slow and creates long queues as you can only fill up one cup at the time. The outdoor swimming pool is cold water.

We much appreciated an upgrade we got, a bigger room with a nice side sea-view. The location at the beach is very good. Even though the hotel is a bit worn out already (last time we visited was 7 years ago), it is still nice.

It was difficult to find a spot at the dinner. The extra dining room had a very strong smell of something artificial (glue, plastic?) which was an unpleasant smell to dine in. The overall quality of food is average, not so many choices but sufficient for couple of nights. The grill station however is very slow and results in long waiting times, even for pancakes during breakfast. Five to ten minutes waiting time for a fish or a burger meat is a bit too long for us. Usually we look forward to hotel dinners but not here, you won't starve but it is not a specially nice experience. EUR 18 for parking per night is unfortunately a little to much.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed, perfect location, very clean, nice staff, shows every night, lots of animation, amazing food, just perfect.

Quite small balcony, lots of loud children, but it's not the hotel's fault.

Great location on the seafront. Lovely walk by the beach in both directions. Good buffet.

Just reception was really busy and hard to get to ask anything. Better to go to the tourist office. Constantly people checking in and out in a queue.

Excellent staff, perfect location

The hotel is located across the beach, you have to cross the gate from the pool area and you are on the beach. Food was fine, buffet style with a thematic menu options available each day from a different country. We had catalan, chinese and mexican, just the typical but it was nice to have international food choices. Rooms are fine, although a bit tiny (we stayed in a triple room and it was a bit too small for 3 adults). I found the bed too soft for me and the pillow too low, but this is just my personal view. The hotel is clean amd the staff friendly and helpful.

There is one pool only and although its fairly big, it is always packed with kids and parents and there is not enough space for swimming or relaxing for everyone. Wellness and spa service is just one pool with showers and a sauna and steaming hot during summer period. Themen hotel is located in Vilafortuny and there is nothing around. For shops, restaurants and nightlife, you have to move to Salou or Cambrils.

The room, parking, pool and sunchairs were very nice and well organized. The location was great, very near to the beach and within a good walking distance from restaurants, shopping area and harbor. The key to the room which was part of an armband, was easy to use and very handy.

The breakfast could much better by not overcooking the foods, and adding some flavour and spices to the foods. Also the coffee was not very tasty.

It was very convenient to both Salou and cambrills, the sea right outside, and very clean.

Our room was a little small, noisy neighbours at 3am in the morning, other than that OK.

location to the beach and central to Cambrils and Salou, rooms clean and spacious, food lovely and good variety, pleasant staff. chill zone and comfortable seating areas around the pool.

outside pool was extremely freezing all day, maybe needs a little heat to start the day during May. also we booked two rooms as there was 4 of us travelling and one was on the ground floor and the other third floor (not together) despite the hotel not being full.

my room was looking out onto the side street and was very noisy in the morning due to the fact we were just above the service station entry

Rooms ideal, bed's comfortable & food excellent.

I have a invalid parking badge, there were only 2 parking places, when I but my car into 1 it stuck out beyond the parking bay, no cars could get in or out. I was advised to park sideways across the 2 bays. There weren't any other spaces available to park. I feel these spaces should be closer to the entrance of the Hotel and at least 3. The spaces provided seemed to be an after fault. People don't asked to be disabled, life is difficult enough without arriving at the hotel and trying to find a parking space. I hope you would take the above into consideration. Thank you

The hotel is very clean and the room is very big we had the room with the swimming pool view and a partial see view. The breakfast and dinner were so good and the entertainment too. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Which is very convenient. The stuff are very nice and helpful.

The room didn't have a garbage can in the main area only in the washroom. The washroom didn't have something to clean up the toilet.

Very smelly pillows. Other persons perspiration. A little better when replaced but still not ok. We then bought our own. Unreasonably hard and uncomfortable beds.
