no tea or coffee available in the morning until 08:00hrs. please just put tea and coffee facilities in the bedrooms.

We had breakfast and dinner included, and both were amazing. Great bar downstairs, TV and several lounges that can be utilized by guest to play games. Hotel near the slope, ye sadly at the time we were there, it didn't have enough snow.

The hotel is very pretty on the outside and views are great. Convenient I guess if you want to ski straight from the hotel. On ground level there are locker rooms, toilets and showers which you can use after checkout.

Rooms and overall interior of the hotel are very old and dated. I don't mean old style (which I like), just old and worn out. Room was small, no basic facilities like a kettle to be able to make tea. We came down with food poisoning (as far as I am aware not caused by the hotel) and had to get tea in small takeaway cups from the breakfast buffet. Location: beware! On the map it looked close and easy to access the main square etc. but it is quite a hike. All Sierra Nevada hotels are quite overpriced for what they deliver, but I would rather pay a bit more next time and be in a more convenient location with more comfortable facilities. Small thing on the side. Who thought pictures of dead birds make for nice decor?!

The property did not inform us about the parking which resulted us in receiving a €200 fine, followed by the car being towed away. Reception only informed us of parking rules outside hotel once the car was already towed. Rooms are extremely noisy, not sound proof at all.

I didn't like the fact that when a very noisy and rowdy school party of about 40 teenage children stayed for one night at the hotel they were allowed to run riot in and out of numerous rooms on the 2nd floor without any teacher or hotel staff control or supervision. When I complained at the reception desk at about 7pm (after being disturbed by them for approximately 3 hours) I was simply told that 'they had rules' and had to be quiet by 11pm. There was absolutely no respect for other hotel guests, either by them or your staff, and I would have expected them to be made to behave as if they were at hotel not in a school playground! I appreciate 'children will be children' and understandably excitable when with their friends but it really isn't acceptable behaviour in a hotel at any age!

very very dated didn’t feel clean food poor ski shop not open so had to go down into town, a real ball ache rooms small cramped stuffy beds uncomfortable towels very small and hard

Loved having a family room when I only booked a double. Lots of choice at mealtime. Warm and lots of hot water. Parking only €10 a night. Parador chairlift only 250m away.

No pool, no kettle, no bath, no safe, mattress hard. Mealtimes were extremely noisy and stressful with 100 schoolchildren pushing to get their food first.

I liked the very friendly and helpful staff, also the cleanliness was brillant, our bed was comfy, had TV and good access to WiFi. Breakfast and Dinner was buffetstyle and tasty and plenty. We like the bar area as well, nice to relax in. Thank you😘

The room was smaller than we have had before and the bathroom was too small.

many young teenagers, although not felt any problems, to sit and with eat group teenagers of teenagers needs understanding. May be because we booked half board. To avoid we should we gone a late carte.

it was very shabby both inside and out. there were discarded masks and bottles outside front exit and blood spatters on the wall leading to front door.

Room had no heating and was -6 outside, children were extremely cold during the night. Bunk beds uncomfortable and noisy every time you moved. Bed sheet/covers didn’t stay on the bed.

Very clean and a good shower. Food good. Wine and beer very reasonable

Although you can join the slopes from the door if you're not skiing the walk down to town involves a lot of stairs.
