Very nice food, super friendly staff. This hotel impressed me a lot and left me a very good memory on my days in Spain
This hotel is located in the highest place of the town. Better take a taxi to get there if you have a heavy luggage with you.

The hotel is nice and the location is perfect. It is clean and simple. The indoor pool and sauna is nice and clean. The rooms are clean and simple. Beds are comfortable.
The staff are not friendly. We felt inconvenience to them. We felt like they did not want guests to stay at there hotel. I think more effort could be made. A beautiful garden with nice chairs but there is nothing on offer in regards to drinks snacks etc. We had to walk into town instead of relaxing at the hotel.

nice location close to the town center (2 minutes walking) but very calm and quiet. spa was a very nice surprise, very clean and pretty: you had to book in advance but we got a slot without any issue. breakfast was simple but good (hot and cold options).

Perfect location. Buffet style breakfast very good.
Access to the pool n sauna good. Fridge and even champagne flutes provided.
It was difficult to unlock the entrance door next to the bedroom door.

close to old town
the hotel was tired and trading on past glory. the staff were polite but indifferent. the pool (for which we paid as part of the tariff, was rationed to one hour a day, even though the hotel was 3/4 empty. it took the staff two days to tell us there were free towels for the pool. the hotel across the road was newer, had a pool and was 25e per day cheaper.

We loved the location, it was perfect, it also has car park which it helps since the other car park is with fees. The staff was really lovely.
We could enjoy ourselves in the spa in the evening before dinner.
We were to hot in the room, even after stopping the heater.

The location is right off the Puigcerdá lake. Perfect for going for a wee stroll and enjoying the views and the abundance of birds in it.
The common areas of the hotel are very nice and cosy, including the pool and jacuzzi, they weren't crowded and were able to make the most of them
The room was by all means OVERPRICED. Furniture was old (not vintage), there was not any sense of harmony in it, windows were too high to look from them. Wasn't a total mess but I wouldn't recommend anyone spending that money to sleep in such a place. Maybe half of its actual price would make it justice.
