the property is beautiful and the interior is very charming

The location was great, just off the main streets so it was accessible but not in the crowded area. Nice size rooms and we had a great view. Owner couldn't be nicer.

Friendly, flexible staff. Amazing views of the mountains from the upper floors. Large spacious, well decorated rooms and a lovely location near everything you need in town.

Just a suggestion, but it would be nice if there was an option to opt out of daily room cleaning to avoid washing towels and replacing soap daily.

Nothing, everything was all right

In my room I noticed that I could not lock the door from the inside. There was options but both were broken. When pointing this out to the staff, he laughed a little and told me that that I could go find another hotel that was more modern if this didn´t do. I think this is a poor way to greet and treat your guests. And when you have traveled the whole day to reach your destination and it is dark outside, you are really not in the mood to go hunting for a better place. Besides, having the possibility to lock your door from the inside is a security many alone travelers want. Especially women. There is nothing strange in a request like that. Maybe this place should focus more on fixing what is broken instead of trying to get clients who complain about it to change hostels? Just a thought.
