Die Abgrenzung der Gäste war deutlich spürbar, da wir NUR drei Junior Suiten mit Zimmerfrühstück gebucht hatten, um uns die Freiheit zu bewahren, wann und wo wir essen und trinken möchten. Als wir mittags mit meinem Sohn im italienischen Restaurant essen wollten, wurden wir enttäuscht darüber informiert, dass dies nur für Gäste mit Halb- oder Vollpension möglich sei. Dies betonte den Unterschied zwischen den Gästegruppen und ließ uns das Gefühl der Exklusion empfinden. Trotz des Angebots, gegen Aufpreis einen Upgrade für die Woche zu erwerben, um den Service nutzen zu können, blieb eine Enttäuschung über diese Art der Behandlung. Es ist bedauerlich, dass wir hier wertvolle Punkte verlieren, aber es verdeutlicht, wie unterschiedlich Gäste behandelt werden können, je nachdem, welche Art von Paket sie gebucht haben.

Sehr große Anlage mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Erholung. Live Musik jeden Abend. Gutes Essen.

L hôtel dispose d une vue exceptionnelle et de jardins magnifiques. Le personnel est attentionné souriant et agréable les buffets sont variés et de qualité tout contribue à un séjour agréable même s il n est pas en bord de mer.

The hotel is located on the heights of the resort and therefore in a quiet area, which is nice. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Special mention to Laura in the buffet room, very smiling and welcoming.

When we booked on Booking, we chose a room with bathtub. However, the information provided by Booking did not correspond to what the hotel actually offered. After several contacts with Booking, we were told that the hotel would still provide us with a bathtub. When we arrived, however, that was not the case. We had to insist and it was only the next day that we were able to have this bathtub. The hotel should therefore check the information on Booking. Another guest had already complained about this problem! Regarding the buffet food, it does not correspond at all to a 5 stars. For example, the meats were hard every time and of poor quality. The hotel is a 5 stars but actually it is not. The room cleaning was bad and we found cockroaches. The hotel did nothing for this problem and we had to take care of it ourselves! The bathtub was never cleaned and the glasses on the table either! Unworthy for a hotel of this category!

Sehr Laut, Zimmer für über 300 EUR die Nacht zum Parkplatz raus. Viele Laute Leute auf dem Flur. Zimmer optimiert für Rollstuhlfahrer. Verarbeitung im Zimmer auch nur okay, nicht dem Preis entsprechend.

The hotel was not a five star hotel. The rooms were basic and the sunloungers were very poor. The hotel is built on numerous floors into a cliff which makes it cumbersome to navigate. The staff were friendly and attentive but they really are the best thing about the hotel.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially Beatriz at the pool bar. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day with quality toiletries replenished daily. Hotel is in a fantastic location away from the hustle and bustle, but still within walking distance to lovely beaches, restaurants and boutique shopping centres. Great entertainment in the evenings.

Better quality of food and snacks at the pool bar, instead of the same sandwich choices every day. Maybe include some hot choices such as burgers and pizzas etc?

Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful! Everything was very clean.

It is on many floors as the hotel is up the hill and you need to take 2 lift to the pool. Check in took a while as there where only two staff members working at the desk at the time of checkout and people were waiting in line.

El personal es muy agradable

No cumple con un 5 estrellas y no cumple con las calidades de un Meliá. El desayuno no ofrece buen café ni puedes pedirlo, te ofrecen que cojas el café de la máquina la cual alterna café con chocolate, con lo cual el sabor es repugnante. Si quieres pedir que te preparen por favor un espresso, te dicen que esperes a las 10.30 que abra otro bar del hotel, antes imposible.El salmón está cortado de forma gruesa incomible, las calidades del jamón, pavo etc es lamentable. Simplemente está muy lejos de lo que esperas y conoces como un 5 estrellas, productos de bajísima calidad. El desayuno abre a las 8 de la mañana (9 en el resto de España)antes no puedes ir, en fin, no repetiré y descarto volver a esta cadena hotelera ya que evidentemente ha bajado de forma exponencial todas sus calidades. El hotel lo único positivo que tiene es que es grande y con piscina y su personal es muy agradable. Si esperas algo más, mejor no vayas.

Loved everything about this hotel. Very modern, built into the mountain, garden and pool absolutely stunning, room was extremely comfortable! The entertainment at the bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nous avons aimé le calme de l'hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel, les animations musicales tous les soirs au moment de l'apéro et après le dîner, belle piscine, jolie chambre spacieuse, la vue de l'hôtel sur l'Océan, la proximité de l'hôtel avec l'aéroport (seulement 20 minutes de route), le service taxi irréprochable et facile Il y a la formule all inclusive et all inclusive level, la formule sans l'option "level" était très bien Rapport qualité/prix très correcte, on recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour reposant et pour faire le plein de vitamines solaires !

Ami(e)s français, la nourriture au self n'est pas exceptionnelle, nous connaissons bien meilleur en France mais celle-ci reste malgré tout, correcte. Les transats de la piscine sont réservés par les professionnels du all inclusive dès la première heure et laissent les serviettes de bain toute la journée sans leur présence donc difficile de trouver un transat... sauf si vous demandez au maître nageur de vous en libérer Dans l'ensemble, les chambres sont propres mais ce n'est pas un ménage impeccable Le personnel parle principalement espagnol et anglais (certains parlent un peu français) mais pour un hôtel 5* si vous ne maîtrisez pas les langues, difficile de communiquer

1 keer waren we in het pool restaurant gaan eten daar was het eten niet 100% bereidt maar ook daar supervriendelijk personeel. Al bij al zeer geslaagd.

We stayed at the Level Area but the pool was not suitable for non / poor Swimmers and was cold several days.

Buchungsfehler Booking.com oder Hotel?? hat uns am Tag 7 ein wenig den Spaß verdorben. Wir sollten nach 7 Tagen auf die Straße gesetzt werden, obwohl wir 8 Tage gebucht und bestätigt hatten. Da war eine Stunde Alarm. Konnte aber auf meinen Anruf hin bei Bocckin.com und das vermitteln mit dem Hotelmanager geklärt werden.
