The staff were amazing. Two of the most amazing and kind women I met. They’re so helpful. They’ll go the extra mile to ensure you’re comfortable and they’re a great chat as well. The wifi was a bit hit/miss when I arrived but I was still able to work remotely which is all I cared about. Regardless, the time and effort spent by management to strengthen the signal has to be noted. I saw folks coming and installing a new router which massively improved signal. Other than that, no issues at all.

The place was wonderfully peaceful compared to other accommodation options. I was able to rest and enjoy the pool area without being disturbed. The staff was friendly and I can't think of anything bad to say.

First of all, the owner is superb. she is a very friendly, very helpful, very kind lady who did all that she could for us to enjoy our vacation. The location is also good. The beach (which is great!) is like 8 mins walk, the bus stops are very near, the city center (bar street) is 10-12 mins, but there are a lot of shops and restaurants meanwhile. A small grocery store is next door.

Beds could have been more comfortable. Things are a bit "used" and not up to the latest hotel style, but I think that this is in line with the pricing, so it basically met our expectations. I am convinced that price/value ratio was fair!

What I liked the most was how friendly and helpful Ketsa and Tracy were. The fact that they have a swimming pool is also great, it was very clean and never too busy. I also liked the location, it was very close to everything: beach, shops, restaurants...

Ketsa is super friendly and helpful! The studios are very nice, with balcony and access to the pool. It is located 5’ from the bus stop, and close to the beach and Main street with restaurants and bars.

The car park (not a real car park), indicated by the hotel was right in front. I stayed for just 3 nights. On my arrival I noticed, in addition to the other cars of people who were staying in the hotel (all rented, like mine), a moped (I assume old) parked right in front of the entrance, but in an incorrect way because it took up space and above all put incorrectly and I immediately thought that it belonged to some employee or I don't know, but certainly from the same hotel. In the two following days I saw this scooter always in the same position and always in an incorrect way. On the last night, I parked perfectly, as were the other cars, in place of this moped (there were no other places available). The following day, Tuesday 24th August, the day of my departure, I found my rented car, full of deep scratches in various areas, made with a key or nail. Logically, a rental car must be returned as it is given. All this caused me, the loss of hours to find a body shop to do the repair and consequently I had enormous economic damage because I also lost the plane.

We love everything about our stay at the hotel! Really big rooms and really clean and the swimming pool looks perfect! Really quiet location and with really friendly people!

Great location. The best host ever. Full of best informations about bars, restaurants, beaches,... Great pool area. Quite place.
