Mostly everything was well organized for the quests: the breakfast is very good, I tried buffet dinner once in the hotel, but believe it is overpriced. The beds and pillows in the room were comfortable, the linen also felt very comfortable. The towels were changed for clean ones and toiletries supplied every day. Upon my check in, I had to ask for a bathrobe separately, as for some reason it wasn’t provided in the room and then it was never changed for clean one during my stay. The bottles with drinking water were supplied daily, but only from the third day of my stay, so I believe it depends from what housekeeper is cleaning the room. Quite big private beach area with comfortable sun beads, so everyone can choose the preferable location and type. The guests are served with refreshments throughout the whole day. The beach is rocky, so prepare to wear special shoes for walking. There is a nice fitness area behind the beach with very attentive and positive training instructor. I also enjoyed the cafeteria with excellent Greek coffee.

One day my room wasn’t cleaned at all and I had to chase the reception for arranging the cleaning for a few times. At the end it was cleaned almost at 6 pm, when guests are back from the beach or trips or any other daily activities and actively using the rooms, so that I couldn’t use my room properly and had to leave it for housekeeping. The reception didn’t apologize for this inconvenience and didn’t even leave any complimentary treatment in this regard. Upon checkout they also forgot to include laundry service in the total bill, so I had to remind them myself. The entrance doors in the room are not tight so I was always disturbed by the light and noice from outside. The beach towels were poorly supplied at the pool, unless upon request, rather than being arranged beforehand, so I believe the serving lady wasn’t active enough for this service.

The housekeeping staff go above and beyond. Our room was left like new every morning. The pool is beautiful and plenty of seating. The staff are very nice, welcoming, helpful and friendly. You could not fault the staff. The place is spotlessly clean. Location is good. You can get a taxi into Rethymno that takes about ten mins and costs €9

There was a strange smell on the upstairs floors all of the time. The hotel is a small bit dated.

The staff is just incredible! Super helpful, polite and smily. They were able to take care of any request or service we asked them for. A special thanks for the Assitant Front Office Manager Panagiotis who was just perfect with us! From day 1 until the end of our stay! Never seen in a Hotel someone who care that much of their guests!

Attentive and wonderful staff- everyone was pleasant and helpful. The food was diverse and very tasty. The beach front was very nice.

My room did not feel clean initially. There was a layer of black dust on the sheets (perhaps a result of quick turnovers) and the finishings felt old and looked in need of cleaning, particularly the stained curtains and dusty seating.

Staff is EXCEPTIONAL! Food is AWESOME, one of the most tasty buffets we ever had(i can only compare it to Belagios’ buffet in Las Vegas, quality wise!). Hotel is super clean as well, and rooms smell fresh. Well done!
