great location close to the bus terminal

everything was great. Fay and her team made me so welcomed and told me about places to visit and restaurants in the area.

Nice apartment with a massive outdoor terrace. We didn't get to use it much as the sun was too strong in the morning. Easy walk to major attractions. Sound-proof windows, I believe, as we didn't hear any noise. The kitchen was equipped, including a coffee makers. The extras were a bit fewer than in previous apartments on Crete - included instant coffee and tea bags, and some water in the fridge. Check-out at 12pm was very convenient as it allowed us to have breakfast outside without much rush. Will return to this property without hesitation.

+ apartment is very spacious + there is a huge terrace, good place for kids to play or for adults to have a coffee + there is absolutely great kitchen with all possible extras - toaster maker, milkshaker, fridge, oven, induction etc. + location is good - possible to walk to the beach, as well as to the old town and city center + there is a free parking right behind the building

- the apartment has big panoramic glass doors, so if you leave them open for night - its noisy from the street, if you close it, there is no fresh air

the apartment as very spacious and the staff was on site if there were any issues

The internet kept dropping and was unreliable. the staff finally loaned us a mobile hotspot the day before we left.

Very spacious and fully equipped apartment in central location in Rethymno, at walking distance from the old town and the municipal park (very nice and with a big playground to take kids to).

Everything perfect!

The Fay is the best host you can find! So helpful, kind and warm person. The location in the old town was great. Local bus station just next in the corner.

We didn't have shampoos at the first and there wasn't breakfast included.

The apartment is large, with a huge terrace

No cleaning provided during our stay but we didn't mind that as we did it as the apartment is equiped with all you need.

The kitchen is well equipped, we had a huge terrace, there were 2 air conditions in both rooms. Everything was good

The water smelled strange, probably there were some works on tubes
