Cucarachas todo muy sucio y no cambian las toallas todos los días tampoco no limpian todos los días debajo de la cama había suciedad de un año por lo menos nos encontramos cucarachas en las camas

The complex is adorable, well maintained, clean & beautifully decorated. The food in the buffet is delicious.

The food is a bit pricey, €15 for breakfast.

good location to the beach nice pool area although we prefer going to the beach! the skylight in the bathroom was a great feature added extra light which was needed in the bathroom the TV in front of the bed was a nice feature the shop onsite was very convenient the laundry facilities on their adjacent property was convenient the only problem was that you couldn't choose to use your own laundry detergent

the stairs were a bother especially taking your cases up to the room: they were too narrow and steep there wasn't enough hangers or hanging space for our clothes and the space was too short in the wardrobes there weren't enough shelves or drawers for our sports clothes, beach clothes, day wear and evening wear the kitchen sink was under the stairs so we had to stay in a bent over position to do the washing up the fridge was too small and it was on the floor so you had to bend down to get what you wanted and try to find what you wanted! the extractor fan was not attached to anything so the air just circulated into the cupboard?! there were no screens on the windows so we had to keep the curtains closed to prevent mosquitos/flies coming into the room the gold course cut the grass most mornings from 5am which woke us up as there was no ceiling fan in the bedroom so we had to sleep with the window open and our room was facing the golf course (we thought it would be a quiet room but we have never had a noisier room in all our visits to Gran Canaria!

Las instalaciones en general, tanto el bungalow como el resto del complejo es espectacular, bien cuidado, limpio y muy completo. El personal amable y la ubicación muy buena si alquilas un coche, o si haces uso del bus, en nuestro caso íbamos con coche y también había facilidad para poder aparcar en el exterior del complejo de forma gratuita.

La piscina es espectacular, pero en mayo ya no está climatizada, por lo que el agua está muy fría, y es imposible poder disfrutar de ella. No obstante, cuando volvamos a la isla, casi seguro que repetiremos alojamiento aquí, eso si, iremos en época en la que la piscina esté climatizada.

La tranquilidad, limpieza y la excelente ubicación

High quality accommodation in a peaceful environment. Ideal for a relaxed break in the sun. The rooms had quality furniture and bedding. The pool area was large, tidy and quiet. The heated pool was a treat. We had a room with a golf course view which felt tropical and there wasn’t any noise!
