Terrible Oder smell in the apartment, outdated appliances, peeling walls, terrible kitchen, mould in showers, old furniture. Single beds instead of double bed.

Very friendly staff, upgraded to sea view apartment, clean and good facilities.

No air ventilation in the bedroom unless you open a small window which guests in hallway can see through if blinds are open. Very uncomfortable couch. Music playing until 3/4am nearby was somewhat a distraction but not as noticeable from the bedroom.

It was very hot in the sleeping room in the 9th floor, unfortunately there was no Ventilator

The location

We had a late check in. The staff were not helpful, we called to ask for a fan since there was no air conditioning and they didn’t have fans either. They were all hired out. We asked for an extra towel and they didn’t have it. They couldn’t provide water either. And the check in was a late check in that took a lot longer that it should have. Specially since we had already advised of our arrival time but it looked like it was the first time they heard about it. We did book on the same day and confirmed all emails. Just disappointing over all.

The location and the pool

However the pool is open only until 4:30pm, which is a too early. The rooms are old fashioned and not really confortable. The price is quiet high for the quality. The cleanness is questionable (the toilet was not flushed when we arrived).

The location of the place was perfect, staff were quite friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, stunning views of the beautiful beaches (from the top terrace) nice swimming pool and easy to get a sun lounger.

Beds were hard and no air conditioning in the rooms, which made it quite difficult to sleep at night sometimes as it was so hot. Very difficult to access any free WI-FI too. (Even though we were given the code)

The ocean view was amazing. In general all is good.

Wi-Fi against the fee, beds are uncomfortable. the bathroom lights are very deem.

Friendly staff and a lovely hotel. The location is perfect for us and January wasn't too busy. Quiet as we hoped. The pool is an added bonus. Pay a bit more for the higher rooms, the view and sunset is worth it.

The shower wasn't cleaned too well the 2 times the cleaner came. A double bed would be nice, we put the two singles together. No perfect.

even though we got earlier message that we will be able to check in at 11, at 12:30 they told us we have to wait two more hours and generally staff's attitude was unpleasant, there was no wifi, we had to ask for towel change every time, there was not even one cleaning during the entire stay, the beds were terrible - weird and uncomfortable sheets, the beds were small and when you connect them, you fall on the ground in between them

The wifi has to be payed seperately and it didnt work in the living room.

Noisy room, a bit run down. This must have been the only time in the last 10 years where l had to pay extra for internet access.

Fantastic location with amazing sea view. Easy reach of everything.
