Non riesco a trovare una cosa che non mi sia piaciuta

Pool area is nice. We always managed to find a free chair. Enjoyed the fitness classes and pool activities and the staff were motivational without being intrusive. The bed mattress was the right level of firmness and very comfy. Sangria at dinner was a nice option. The beach was easy to walk to.

Some of the food could be better quality. For example, the omelettes were not made with fresh eggs.

Le concept avec animations pour les enfants, les chambres avaient une bonne taille et c’est agréable d’avoir un coin chambre et un coin salon Les repas sont pris au restaurant qui fait un peu cantine mais le personnel de restauration était super et très agréable

La propreté des chambres est assez succincte… le ménage en arrivant est ok mais durant le séjour c’est fait à la va vite… Le restaurant assez bruyant et fait cantine

Very nice Hotel with nice simple but nice interior. The staff was very friendly.

The way to the rooms are a little annoying since you have to climb stairs. There’s a lift but it doesn’t take you to your floor directly. Also the food was very unseasoned unfortunately.

Struttura relativamente nuova e vicino alla spiaggia

Al check-in viene data una mappa della struttura e senza aiuto bisogna raggiungere la stanza, l’albergo si sviluppa su una collina perciò con tutto il peso delle proprie valige bisogna andare alla ricerca della propria camera, assolutamente non piacevole. La stanza al nostro arrivo era sporca, ma abbiamo capito nei giorni successivi che la pulizia delle stanze viene fatta in maniera molto superficiale in quanto la stanza non é mai stata pulita bene, tanto che a volte non ritiravano neanche la spazzatura, é capitato che la stanza venisse rifatta dopo le 3 del pomeriggio impedendo il riposo. Premetto che viaggiamo molto e abbiamo provato diverse cucine ma il buffet e la carta dei vini sono pessimi, qualità del cibo molto bassa e cucinata male. Bella piscina ma mancano i lettini per tutti perciò bisogna occupare il posto all’apertura della piscina.

Great food selection. Very broad, fresh, you could find always something what you want to try.

Literally, we liked everything! we liked it so much that we are returning back in autumn! The hotel facilities and amenities, staff, entertainment and most importantly overall atmosphere was superb! Thank you Melia Sol for a wonderful stay!

The only thing I’d mention would be food. The variety was good, however us being the “healthy” eaters, we found the food too greasy at times. even fish was fried in too much fat. The meat quality and variety could be improved. We found it surprising there was hardly any lean chicken served in the 9 nights we stayed. Nevertheless, we managed to find the dishes we liked and enjoyed them.

Everything, Daily activities at the pool was superb 👌 each of animators went extra mile to engage us in activities Food was very good , sooo many varieties Drinks at the pool very good. Our room type was great option , we had room with pool access on ground floor. When hotel is full u cant find a sunbed unless u run before breakfast and reserve it. With this room type u have your own sunbeds .

Very well designed Hotel with comfortable Suite rooms and large terrace. Close to beach and shops. Good see view. Parking is fine. Breakfast wasvexcellent. Lunch / Dinner was good.

Location excellent close to amazing beach and plenty of bars restaurants and shops. Cleanliness was exceptional. Pool lovely, always some available loungers.

Food was generally at an acceptable level of quality for an all you can eat buffet, but some days the choice was a little limited and some days the hot food was not that hot.

Lovely grounds, nice rooms etc. Food was ok, staff were extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful. Charged me twice for lunch refused to give refund. Other guests were also extremely rude. Complained to booking .com and hotel about the consistent issues, nothing done about it. If you enjoy coming on holiday to be treated poorly/interrogated/patronised by staff members this is the perfect holiday for you.

always felt on edge, we were publicly humiliated by a member off staff for a sustained period who accused us of not paying for sun beds when we had already paid IN FULL for, when they realised their mistake they flounced off with no apology. This was just the tip of the ice berg.

The 'sea view' room we were eventually given, on the 4th attempt, finally had the promised sea view, and was clean. Staff did persevere in trying to give us the required sea view, but it seemed they really didn't know what view each room would have. The location is great, close to the beach and local restaurants. The pool area and bar are very nicely laid out, and the drinks are served in plastic glasses which actually look and feel like glass, which was a definite positive.

There are no sun-beds on the terraces, which was disappointing. The quality of the food and drinks is just not good at all. The food is at best passable, and we ended up eating the same things each time we ate at the hotel - ie a salad with potatoes and something cooked on the griddle, which was always over cooked. Desserts were a selection of cakes, which provided nothing for anyone with a gluten intolerance, beyond jelly. There was soft ice cream available, but we didn't try that. Coffee machines often didn't work, and this was true of the water machine. Mostly we went out to eat so that we could get freshly cooked local food in an atmosphere fit for grown ups on holiday: the hotel 'restaurant' felt like a busy, over extended motorway services with people wandering around with plates of food looking for a table which was clean, clear of old dishes, and laid up for eating. We actually began to dread going to the 'restaurant' and experiencing the chaotic atmosphere and poor food quality. Inclusive drinks were all horrible, with the slight exception of the wine, which was passable even though it came from a drinks machine. Cocktails were horrible and came out of a dispensing machine so there was no telling what they were actually made of. All alcoholic drinks tasted like they'd been watered down. If you stay here, expect Butlins/school/motorway services like catering provision. Advise going for B&B if possible as paying for the food is just not worth it.
