Zimmer war sauber.

Mobiliar ist echt alt. Löcher im Teppich auf den Gängen. Habe schon lange kein Hotel mehr mit echten Schlüsseln erlebt. Das Hotel braucht dringend eine Renovierung!

-The room we were upgraded to was clean, quiet and spacious. -The woman who works on reception was very helpful

I regretted booking this place within 2 minutes of entering the hotel. The hotel was hosting several children's football teams and there were children running and screaming around the place like they were at a soft play party. I had two barge into me whilst holding my 5 month old baby. Took ages to get the lift to check in because children playing on all the lifts. I know the hotel can't be held accountable for the behaviour of guests but they should have insisted the adults supervise their children or asked them to leave. Other guests not with the football teams felt the same. Bar staff rude and ignored us when we needed some food and drink after a long journey- they just stood chatting with each other. We asked to order food, they said they don't ever serve food after 9. Queried this because on the hotel's website it says food is served until 10- they said website is not correct. Receptionist confirmed food is usually served until 10 but kitchen was to busy from football guests. Not sure why the bar staff lied? Receptionist helped us order a takeaway pizza which was delicious anyway. If it wasn't for the great receptionist we would have left.

comfortable the bed was great. bathroom was ok

there was a conference on so no dining it was noisy and we had to get a takeaway to eat as poor location for any food and due to conference they could not cater for us. very poor I thought. we are paying guests as well.

- The size of the rooms - Comfortable beds - Friendly staff except for one mean lady receptionist

- One lady receptionist was very mean with us. I think she has a problem with Arab/Muslims - Very outdated hotel - Old damaged furniture - Kitchen appliance not working! - hair dryer not working! - Telephone not working! - Rooms was not clean at check in! - Cleaning in general was not good - We had a major problem with room cleaning, every time we want our rooms cleaned we have to ask the reception and we don't always get it cleaned. - Very dark rooms, not enough lightning - Noisy AC - Didn't like the physical keys! - WiFi is not reachable in all rooms

Coffee machine was available but not stocked. The ac was making squeaking sounds all the time. The jacuzzi was not open to guests. Beds were super uncomfortable. I expect better from a 4 star Wyndham

Breakfast was fair.

Stayed for 3 nights. My room was never made by housekeeping. The room was dirty with insects dead on the floor.Went to the reception to report it 3 times.Still nothing happened.Paid more than 300€/night.
