Great location short distance to O2

Location was perfect as we went to see a gig at the O2. Nice room with a nice mattress and the staff were lovely.

The pillows weren’t great but that’s personal preference. There was a nasty stain on the mattress sheet so that should probably be thrown out, obviously it’s been cleaned but still not nice to see when you’re just about to get into bed! No bottled water in the room with the supplementary tea and coffee and I’m never sure about using the tap water to drink from.

Air con wasn’t working 3 weeks prior to our visit & we weren’t notified. Lifts are very small & you have to wait ages for them. The lay out of the breakfast dinning room is all back to front. The drinks were terrible

The location was ideal and ample parking at a fair price, the room was clean and the staff were helpful.

The heating/lighting wasn’t good in the room. The room was really dated particularly the bathroom.

I have stayed at this property a few times visiting due to attending concerts at the o2 , I have never had issues with this hotel before with noise issues ect.

Our room was interlocking with someone else’s , we could literally hear them talking so loud playing music ect . Myself and my husband didn’t sleep very well at all , I’m annoyed .

Only problem we had was tgat when checking in we were given a room that was not ready. But the young lady on reception was brilliant and sorted it out straight away and also gave us a voucher for 4 free drinks and 4 free snacks

Nice view and overall very quiet, especially being next to a main road. Fantastic location in relation to the O2 arena, a 5-10 minute Uber ride that usually cost around the £5-7 mark! The room itself was nicely decorated and the bathroom provided nice toiletries! The breakfast was good and the later check out time of 11am was a nice change. The snack bar was a fantastic idea as we were hungry when we returned at night and were able to buy snacks to fill us up!!

The air conditioner in our room didn’t work, although this wasn’t a major issue in November, this might be more of a problem in summer. Our key card had to be re-scanned as when we got back to the hotel late at night it wouldn’t work, following on from that the lifts could do with some major upgrades and some of the buttons don’t work/are very loose and require you to press it multiple times or hold it. The toilet paper was incredibly thin and the actual holder was broken in our room but easily fixable, just don’t apply pressure.

The price was extremely high and the third bed was just a sofa bed but left very little room to move about; disappointing as we had paid for a three person room.

It was a short 15 minute walk from the 02 for the concert we attended. Reception staff were very friendly and very helpful.

The breakfast was not very good poor and low selection of items. No hash browns and not worth the money we paid for the stay at the property. Tv remote in the room didn’t work also air con didn’t work was advised at check in but suspect it hasn’t been working for a while. Would probably not stay again and find something better value for money.

Staff were so nice especially women who greeted and sat us for breakfast, would come back for just how polite and kind she was

Convenient location for the O2

The hotel is tired, rooms and bathrooms in urgent need of an update. TV barely works, aircon inoperable. Paying £250+ for a room of this calibre, even in London is ridiculous. I won’t be back.

Great location and the staff were really good, but acceptable to be in walking distance of O2 rather than a quality stay

The lifts are tempromental, air con not working, no gas in the bar to serve draught, key card reset itself, disabled room shower didn't drain, tv remote batteries out of power. Breakfast sausages look like they were cooked in Cumberland and transported to London, coffee was awful. Nothing really that good here apart from amazing location

Location for O2. Clean. Friendly staff

Very noisy in room with air condition/mouse in bathroom. Bright light from corridor coming in from gap under the door. Could hear people talking as they passed our door. Not much selection for breakfast. Felt basic for the price we paid for one night.

Staff were really friendly

I booked a double room but had to stay in a single because the double rooms door “was locked and the hotel couldn’t access”. Room was filthy, air conditioning unit was broken and the bed sheets were dirty. Awful
