Great value for money, warm, clean, spacious room. Lovely, quiet location and lovely guy who showed us to our room. Very comfortable super king sized bed - had a great night's sleep after a long day travelling - just perfect.

Good location for passing through Scotland on road trips. Nice size room and very nice owner.

There's a specific check in range so be sure to arrive within the window. We were late and got lucky with the owner being accommodating but something to keep in mind. It's a one person business.

It is a bit out of the way, it's a drive to nearest restaurant for a meal so no drinking with your dinner

comfortable rooms with good facilities - there is a pleasant lounge to relax in as well. The owner was welcoming and very helpful. Although the breakfast is continental only, it is extensive - lots of cereals, pasties, fresh fruit and boiled eggs / cold meats etc

Refurbishment is ongoing at the guest house - so some bits are still a bit worn and dated. This used to be hotel - and still looks and feels like one to an extent - but there is no bar or food in the evening - but you can bring your own and sit in the cosy lounge.

Great quality-price ratio. Friendly staff. It was a great location for an overnight stay while heading far North.

Firstly the owner was super friendly. Our room No 4 was fantastic large double room ensuite was a great room with our own front door perfect as we had our dog. Continental breakfast was lovely everything you could possibly ask for.

Continental breakfast was excellent. We arrived but bicycle. The manager was very accommodating. Room was very good.

No evening meals but we had food delivered from a local takeaway .
